Well I agree with the symmetry and I go back and forth over “did Zelena kill her adopted father to enact the Curse or Dorothy” (Dorothy is new headcanon of mine…)

None of those are incest. Squicky yes, especially Cora making Regina marry Leopold, Incest no.
The Rumple/Zelena kiss if Rumple was her dad, yes that would be incest because no way is that a father/daughter kiss.
Hence Rumple is NOT Zelena’s dad.

Cora had Zelena before she was ever involved with the royals. She met Rumple the night of the dance at King Xaiver’s. Ergo, she had Zelena before she ever met Rumple. Rumple just didn’t see that pesky detail of Zelena.
