angiebelleParticipant
Beauty and the Beast is my absolute favorite Disney movie. 🙂 I’ve seen it so many times, I could practically recite it by heart.
[adrotate group="5"]angiebelleParticipantAs evil as Regina has become, I can’t help but hope that by the end of the series she redeems herself and learns to love again. I guess it’s just the romantic in me. “The Stable Boy” episode made me feel so sad for her- not sorry for her, but sad for the loss of the kind heart she once had.
angiebelleParticipantYes- this is exactly why I’m pushing so hard for the Pinocchio theory! There needs to be an adult on Emma’s side who knows fully what’s going on, and a child who grew up remembering is just the ticket! I love how August is being so patient with Emma…leading her into believing bit by bit rather than trying to throw it all on her at once as Jefferson did.
angiebelleParticipantI’m not fond of the Oz theory. I don’t think it would be very good storytelling to have August be a character from a story that we haven’t even touched on yet…..there’s no logic to that- it’s too random. If we see Oz characters later in the series, they deserve their own introduction.
angiebelleParticipantIt’s not that August doesn’t lie- it’s that he keeps insisting on it. “I always tell the truth.” “I never lie.” He says it again and again. He gets very defensive on the issue.
August is telling stories about lemurs in Nepal. Pinocchio is known for telling tall tales. He *does* lie.
This is not a time travel show, so August as a grown up Henry doesn’t fit into the conventions set up by the writers.
angiebelleParticipantYou know what just occurred to me…Emma says they are going to take awake Regina’s happiness…maybe they aren’t planning to use the sword on Regina. Maybe they are planning to cut down that apple tree that seems to have meaning for her.
angiebelleParticipantI have a thought…what if when Kathryn’s car broke down, she got out of the car and ended up lost in the woods and passed the border of Storybrooke on foot, but instead of killing her as predicted, it actually caused her to become Abigail again with no memory of being Kathryn…so now she is lost *and* confused about what on earth happened to her. She wanders back into Storybrooke and is terrified by the cars because there are no cars in fairytale land.
This is purely speculation- I might be totally off base. I just thought it was a fun idea.
angiebelleParticipantI was thinking the same thing! The curse can’t be entirely broken or where will they go next season?
Unless maybe Regina either redeems herself somehow or is overpowered, but then they all realize they are still stuck in their Storybrooke personas…
but that may be a totally off the wall thought.
angiebelleParticipantI really want to take a good look at that book and see exactly what it is that the characters see when they look at it. What was it that caused Henry to connect the dots?
angiebelleParticipantHmmm…I don’t know. We have not seem them do any dream sequences so far. Of course, that doesn’t mean they won’t. But I really hate when promos trick you into thinking something way crazy is going to happen only for it to turn out to be a dream!
