Maybe since Gepetto made the magic wardrobe, he found a way to sneak his son to safety too. I’m betting on the Pinocchio theory- August has to be an insider to know what he knows, and they made a point to let us know that Gepetto’s Storybrooke alter-ego didn’t have children. At that time, I just assumed it was how he was affected by the curse- Pinocchio was his “happily ever after.” But now, I am thinking he escaped to our world and helped get baby Emma to safety. Maybe the newspaper was mistaken about him being a local boy or he lied.

If she had any inkling that the one to break the curse had made it too town, I think she would have had a much stronger reaction. She is suspicious because Emma is a stranger, but I don’t think she has put two and two together yet.
So here’s a random thought…obviously Regina remembers everything from Fairytale land. So what exactly happened when the curse was first enacted? Did Regina have to learn how to function in our world? How did she learn things such as how to drive a car and how society in our world generally works? I also wonder if she had the chance to visit our world prior to the curse through the use of the magic door room. Has Jefferson helped her get to other worlds?

I so did see it coming! 😆 I mean, I really hoped she actually meant what she said, but Emma’s an extremely good liar.

I wonder how Emma will feel if MM and David remember and start claiming that Emma is their daughter.
I’ve been having this great vision since monday (in German there’s an expression that translated means “head cinema”, seeing a scene like it’s in a movie) where MM and David know who they are, embrace, kiss then look at each other with this shocked face of realization and say “Oh gods, Emma!” 😯
Ha ha ha!Yeah, I’m afraid I’m a bit gullible…I just wanted so badly for her to be telling the truth that I forgot what a good liar she is.
I keep imagining their reaction too. 🙂 And if Emma still doesn’t believe by that point, she is going to be extremely weirded out!
angiebelleParticipantI can’t wait to see characters start to remember who they are! They really had me going in “Hat Trick” when Emma pretended to remember. I was getting so excited when she talked about how she really wanted to believe MM was her mother, but then she whacked the hatter upside the head and called him crazy….I was like “Nooooo! Emma! He’s telling the truth!” I want Emma to start believing so badly.
I did love the scene when she slipped and said family instead of friends. I wonder how Emma will feel if MM and David remember and start claiming that Emma is their daughter.
angiebelleParticipantThe story of the Mad Hatter has to take place some time before Alice’s visit because he is already mad when she meets him. Alice would not be in fairytale land. She goes to Wonderland from *our* world, remember? She lives in England around the turn of the century. If we see Alice, it would only be in a flashback to her time in Wonderland unless she somehow ended up in the fairytale realm after going down the rabbit hole.
