someone that wants to be Neal’s girlfriend (from the won’t stop until she gets what she wants line)…
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol 😆
(Although I am bracing myself for the possibility that Neal may have a girlfriend or is still involved in a life of crime.)
then again maybe what she wants has something to do with magic….and the run into Neal thing wasn’t so accidental.
She could be the mysterious Lacey and HER. Other than Mulan and Billy and Lancelot perhaps both being killed off this season, there really hasn’t been a lot of diversity which I know is a sore spot for some, so I do hope “Tamara” is suppose to be in more than just “The Queen Is Dead” which is when she makes her debut.

I really wish Rumple would lose the attitude!
Mr. Gold’s poor attitude is a mask for his fear, and Emma can see how out of his element Mr. Gold is. He’s never left SB since coming to our world, he’s never been so out of control or so “like everyone else” as Henry said since before he became the dark one. He was stumbling around without his cane for support or his magical scarf to preserve his identity. He’s terrified of losing his memory of Baelfire, and he’s come this close and traveled so far to get here. As soon as he sees Bae again, that mask he wears will fade before our eyes.
Yes, I agree. It’s like magic being his crutch. Without those things, he fears he’ll revert to being called a coward by everyone again.
Thanks for posting the sneak peek, Vampirefan12. I love this scene so much! For me, it’s like a glimpse into the future of the Snowing/Rumbelle/Swanfire/Regina/Henry family would be like if they could all get along and set aside their differences for Henry’s sake. Henry is just too cute annoying his grandfather with thousands of questions, and Emma called Gold her “father” and helped him get through security. 😀

Yeah, funny that they stopped there- we already know the shawl worked before.
That was too short! That’s the part of the episode I’m more interested in- moreso than the giant’s story.Yes, that’s the sneak peek, I’ve been waiting for. Nothing against the Giant because I do think that it’s a good way to reintroduce Neal by having the Giant come back again right when Mr. Gold is going to look for his son, but I can’t wait to see Gold, Emma, and Henry traveling together. It’s going to be great. 😀

ParticipantHere’s a picture of the seer when she’s older that I just saw on Tumblr.

. I agree that the globe upon which Mr. Gold pricked with his finger is a very good indicator that Baelfire truly is his biological son. That little plot device was put in there purposefully.
Yes, unless they do a twist that Regina really is Rumple’s biological child, and the globe was really showing Maine, and Bae isn’t really his biological child, I think they purposefully threw in the globe scene as a way of letting the viewers who were questioning on whether Bae was really Rumple’s biological son, that he really was. It’s like how in season 1, near the end of the season, Mr. Gold had that one line to Regina about how she couldn’t kill the Savior otherwise the Curse would be broken, so it let viewers, who had been asking why didn’t Regina just kill Emma to get rid of her, why Regina couldn’t just do that.
(Of course, while I think that there may have been a sexual relationship of some kind in the past between Rumple and Cora, I highly doubt that they’ll actually have that many plot twists about who is Rumple’s real biological offspring.
First, because it would put a disturbing spin on Regina’s and Rumple’s chemistry, and while fairy tales, myths, etc., did contain incestuous relationships, I can’t see the show even hinting at it since it’s owned by Disney and on at Sundays at 8:00.
Second, at one time I thought it might be interesting to have Bae not be Rumple’s biological child as a contrast to Henry’s relationships with Regina and Emma since there’s still a lot of criticism that the show favors biological parents over adopted parents, but since Milah already looks bad in most viewers’ eyes, it would be overkill to have her also had an affair while Rumple was off fighting. Plus, while I think Nealfire is definitely an important piece of the puzzle, there’s already been a variation of “who’s your daddy” story line with Henry, and there’s already so many other story lines that they can mine with Nealfire that they don’t need a “who’s your daddy” story line too.)
Regarding the seer, I like the theory that the prophesy could be about Rumple’s unborn child, Baelfire. Or perhaps the seer prophesies that Rumple would become very powerful and wealthy.
Yes, I’m definitely looking forward to “Manhattan” moreso than “Tiny” right now. Of course, part of it is the Swanfire aspect, but I’m also very intrigued by whatever the prophecy or prophecies might be. It seems like whatever is revealed will be big, and I’m wondering if aside from Neal’s identity being revealed, Jane Espenson had the prophecy or prophecies in mind when she said this episode would be revelatory.
Baby Bae is wrapped in the same shawl that Mr. Gold is wearing as a talesman.
I didn’t realize that until I saw it on Tumblr a few hours after first seeing the pictures. As if seeing Baby Bae and Rumple wasn’t heartbreaking enough, but to see that, and I was definitely crying in the corner with everyone else last night.

Think Keegan Connor Tracy meant the series Bates Motel. Filming was scheduled to end on February 6th. according to BCFilm Commission (Tracy’s tweet was from Feb. 5th). She plays Norman Bates’ teacher and advicer on the show. The 10-episode first season of the series will start airing March on A&E. If there will be more than one season is at the moment unknown.
But go on and come up with scenarios of Blue Fairy’s death. One never knows if and when it might happen 😉
Sorry I jumped the gun a little. 😳 When I was on break, I did a little surfing and saw that she answered a fan that she wasn’t leaving OUaT, but I didn’t have time to repost.
I have to agree with you on her being used as a plot device. I was kind of disappointed at The Cricket Game when they only had her there to throw the fairy dust. Of this season, it was the one episode for me personally that had the same tone as Season 1 and she didn’t even have one line. I fear that the pictures we’ve seen of her at Gold’s shop may yield more of the same. With so many new characters in an already huge cast of both regulars and recurring characters I fear who may get the ax next. I will be sorry to see her go.
Yes, if she turned out to be the Big Bad or one of the Big Bads, which doesn’t seem likely given what K&H have said time and again about her, maybe I’d feel differently, but I don’t think that they’ve given her enough depth like most of the other regulars. I understand she’s not perfect, but I wish we could have seen more of her struggles when she can’t do something or when she actually has inner turmoil about something she has to do. I guess there was some of that with the wardrobe issue, but I was bothered by the whole thing about her lying despite her saying that fairies never lie before. Plus, I felt whatever turmoil that she had seemed minimal compared to the struggles that I could feel Geppetto and Snowing going through.

ParticipantI think it’s just a prosthetic hand. It doesn’t look functional at all in the pictures, and he always has a glove over it. My guess is that he escaped, and either the Sheriff Department or the hospital is keeping his hand somewhere where he couldn’t get to it, and that the prosthetic was something that the hospital gave to him because it’s a lot less dangerous than using a hook for a hand.
Those pictures of Rumple, Baby Bae, and even Milah are heartbreaking though. 😥
ETA: I think the picture might have been a little too big.

I just wish they had brought the yellow bug…for some reason I have this insane desire to see everyone’s reaction to finding out that Neal and Emma used to live in the thing.
Yes, I wanted to see them all go back together in the yellow bug too, but maybe they’re saving that surprise for Nealfire to see later.
I’ve been anticipating Manhattan for months too, but refused to actually start counting the days until Feb. started.
Yes, I know what you mean. I really want to see it, but I didn’t want to get too excited about it too early since there was still so much time left to go. Two weeks doesn’t seem so bad now especially since we get a new episode next week, and we should be getting sneak peeks of that episode perhaps as soon as Tuesday if they happen to dump all of them out early again like they did a few weeks ago.
I really love that .gif (such a guy thing not to want to ask for directions) and tweet from MRJ. I also saw that he and a bunch of the other actors went go-kart racing again. It sounds like it would be a blast to work up there with them.

Hasn’t anybody thought this could be a young Greg? The title is Welcome to Storybrooke , he just got there. Ben (obi wan) (Owen (Lars , Luke’s adopted father) clearly shout outs to Star Wars which is the ringtone on Greg’s Phone!
I actually did a few days ago in the Episode Title thread for “Welcome to Storybrooke”. Good catches to “Star Wars”, and I like the fact that he may have inspired Regina to adopt Henry. I know that she wanted kids for awhile because of “True North”, but it did seem like she waited a long time from when she first arrived in our world to when she adopted Henry to actually adopt a child. I don’t know if it’s because Henry was the only child that she could adopt because of having two magical parents or having the Savior as a biological mom, or if she was content with Owen/Greg until something happened.
New theory about Owen/Ben. Owen could be a young Greg. Benjamin Stockham looks enough like Ethan Embry with the blue eyes that it can work, and since we’re going back to 1983, it’s definitely plausible that Greg was 10 years old at that time since I don’t think this show takes place exactly in 2013 but a little bit before that I believe. Plus, Embry will be 36 this year even if he looks younger, so he’s in the right age range for someone who would be in their late 30s to early 40s on the show.
I don’t know how his father will fit in, but I think that when Storybrooke appeared, Greg and/or his father lived nearby, and either both of them or just one of them realized that something was going on. Then, I think that Henry’s book came out of the discovery of Storybrooke, which would fit The Golden Key’s theory that Greg is the author of Henry’s book. (Although in my theory it could either be Greg or his dad that is responsible, or maybe they even co-wrote it.)
While I’m not sure about all of The Golden Key’s reasons of why Greg is the author of Henry’s book, I do think that since they’re suppose to answer the question on who the author is this season and how it got to Storybrooke, that it makes the most sense out of all the characters that are on OUaT now and have been featured or are going to be featured in the latter half of the season, that Greg makes the most sense. While it could still be the Blue Fairy, assuming that it’s not a totally new character, since she’s been on sporadically this season, if the author of Henry’s book and how it got to him are suppose to be big reveals, I can’t see it being her. Of course, it might turn out not to be a big deal.

In the odd chance ‘Lacey’ isn’t the name of a person/character – Lacey Township, New Jersey is pretty much along the Jersey Shore line – and if Nealfire is true, this could be the location Bae entered this world (based on Neal’s wanted poster..) But part of me is just wanting some Dylan Schmid backstory before the actor gets too much older. 😆
As a Nealfire/Swanfire fan, I have to admit I might be biased that I like this idea for whom or what Lacey is than it being the mysterious HER or Belle’s Storybrooke name.
Not that I don’t want to know who HER is, but unless it’s similar to how Cora was introduced in “The Stable Boy”, I’m not sure I want a whole episode about HER right before the season comes to an end if there’s still a lot of lose ends about the other characters to tie up first. It just depends on who HER is, and how that might tie in with this season.
I also would like seeing more of Belle’s Storybrooke identity during the Curse, but I also agree that I want a back story about Nealfire before Dylan Schmid looks too much older. I’ve seen pictures of him from that ferret movie, and I’m not sure exactly when he filmed that, but he already looks quite older than he did on OUaT.
Plus, since this episode follow the episode that is likely about August, it would be like last year’s episodes about August and Nealfire, which aired around the same time that “Selfless, Brave and True” and “Lacey” would air this season. The only difference would be that August’s episode would come first this time, and then Nealfire’s instead of how “The Return” set up “The Stranger”.
I didn’t really notice anything that stuck out while looking at Lacey Township on the map. Double Trouble State Park is located partly in Lacey, and I could see that being a place that Nealfire may have landed given that trouble has followed Neal around all his life, and the name makes me think of the Witches that were in Macbeth. Scottish play (father with a Scottish accent) + prophecy that leads to murder (Macbeth = Rumple, Lady Macbeth = Regina) + Witches.
Also, Barnegat Bay is the setting for E.B. White’s essay “The Family That Dwelt Apart”. It doesn’t really sound like the weird family tree of Henry’s except that there were seven members of a family (Henry, Emma, Neal, Rumple, Charming, Snow, and Regina?) who all lived in happy isolation on a small island in Barnegat Bay until word gets out they are in distress.
You can watch the 1973 Canadian Animated Short based on the essay, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGGh-5a0tsU, to get a better idea of what kind of havoc outsiders wreak on the isolated island.
