Bar FarerParticipant
I sort of think any of the regular minor characters could die.
Agreed.
Either them or few of the guests we’ll see from the Land of Untold Stories. Given Dopey’s actor leaving the show, I wonder would they really kill off another dwarf? Is he even out of that tree, or did they just forget about him?!!!
They might show us EQ enters SB while she throws a fireball at the Dopey-tree, thus solving Dopey problem somehow, which will be the heroes fault for neglecting to release him from the tree, which was caused by Hook and Emma’s curse.
I wonder if the show is at the point where the heroes kill more random people than actually saving them, we already had:
1. random innocent people who were turned into flying monkeys by Zelena and then they were shot by the heroes.
2. Marian who was knocked out by Emma, left unprotected by Emma and Hook and was killed by Zelena.
3. Cruella.
4. Guinevere, although not dead, she remains mind raped.
5. Gaston.
6. Auntie Em.
7. James.
8. Robin.
This is the most selfish group of heroes we have seen.

Bar FarerParticipantBut to examine why I don’t think any major characters will die: – Emma: Our main character. She’s safe. – Hook: The boyfriend and major fan favorite who was just resurrected. Safe. – Regina: Another majorly popular fan favorite, who this season is somewhat revolving around. Safe. – Snowing: Not a fan favorite, but they are raising a kid. They are safe. – Henry: A child, and son of the main character and son of Regina, and son of the evil queen. He’s safe. – Rumpel and Belle: Pregnant. Safe. – Zelena: Recently redeemed and raising a kid with her sister. She is the only one who might die in my opinion if A&E simply want to have Regina lose everything except her kids. But for now, I think Safe.
Yeah well guess what? Some of us assumed when we thought Neal was dead until the end of season 2 and his return in season 3 we then assumed he was safe. But it didn’t last. Logically the same can happen to one of the others. Use your head on that. Remember, there is no such thing as safe.
That’s because they never planned to kill Neal again, they only did it because they wanted Hook and Emma together by the end of the season and Neal and Emma’s feelings for him were inconveniently in the way to accomplish that.
Can they suddenly wake up one morning and decide to kill Hook again? Yes, will they? No, because their writing is centered around fanservice and ratings, not about what makes narrative sense.

Bar FarerParticipantA vibe does not mean rehasing the same plot and going for the same big moments.
It still leads to similar plots. You know that.
The only character that may die is Rumple
When you say that, you make it sound like you know it. But it makes you a great white liar. You don’t know a thing about what might happen. So get real. Mark my words, often times what you believe or doubt something (that was teased or informed) might happen will have you end up wrong. Just like how some of you believed that Neal appearing in ep 12 season 5 was a illusion by Hades. You were wrong. And some of you believed there was an engagement in the season 5 finale. But it never happened. And most of the time, some of you and other people took some of the spoilers very literally. Like when you thought that Josh was saying they will bring other souls to their world, Not true, he meant to have them move on. So there. And what we were spoiled now, might include death and what was also listed above. Believe all you want, but you would end up wrong.
Here’s the thing about theories, sometimes they’re correct and sometimes they’re not. This isn’t some contest when the winner who theorized most correctly wins million dollars or something.
Personally I feel like theorizing about this show is pointless since the writers change everything every scene, which leads to a disconnected storyline and a lot of dropped plot points.
P.S. Hook won’t die and won’t be killed by the Evil Queen even though that’s what you want, that’s what I want and that’s what a lot of people here want. If they had wanted him dead, they wouldn’t have used a cheap Zeus Ex Machina to bring him to life, they would have kept him dead and be done with him.

July 24, 2016 at 7:32 am in reply to: EW 7/23: Former Galavant Star Karen David Cast As Jasmine #326066Bar FarerParticipantI’m not worried about her. Jasmine is a part of a popular Disney movie and people actually care about her and what happens to her, unlike Guinevere whose happy ending is to remain mind raped forever, or Marian, who was brutally cold blooded murdered by a woman who later impersonated her and raped her husband and hugged her kid (I feel sick).

July 24, 2016 at 2:50 am in reply to: TVLine 7/23 – OUAT Reveals Aladdin Storyline, Casts Oded Fehr as Jafar #326057Bar FarerParticipant*grumble* Wonderland was amazing *grumble* Better than S3B of OUAT *grumble* or S4-5A *grumble* Probably better than 5B is I’m being honest *grumble* *grumble*
The conspiracy theorist in me wants to say that that’s why they haven’t released it on DVD or anything, they don’t want it showing up the main show if more people end up watching it. ? The re-cast bums me out, because Naveen isn’t just some random actor who can be easily cast aside and replaced. I’ve been re-watching some LOST recently so am all hopped up on being reminded of Naveen’s wonderfulness from when I first saw him in anything, and re-casting him feels a tad disrespectful. And it’s not like Jafar was a bit part or anything, he’s a very well established character, and this isn’t a soap opera where you can re-cast someone significant and have it be no big deal. That being said, I dont hate Oded, and judging by this first clip he’s looking like he’ll be a pretty great Jafar. It’s just…WE ALREADY HAD A REALLY GREAT JAFAR. *sigh*
Wonderland not being out on DVD is a financial decision made by abc studios. It has nothing to do with A&E. However, I feel like they prefare to write it out of existence from the main show’s continuity and pretend like it never happened.
Personally, I just can’t except that the two shows are in the same universe anymore due to that recast. Ugh..this is like Daario Naharis all over again…

My question (which is pointless) is will Jafar play a major role in the upcoming season? Cause if not then why was this recast necessary? If he does then how does it fit with Hyde and Evil Queen? Are we headed into a new narrative mess?!

July 13, 2016 at 4:18 pm in reply to: Adam and Eddy Creating New Show for ABC Family – "Dead of Summer" #325496Bar FarerParticipant3) They really haven’t given us much time or space to actually care about the characters is the problem. Which is an issue of writing but also the fact that it’s only a 10 episode summer series that has to tell a complete story of the mystery of Camp Stillwater.I don’t really get it. There are horror films that manage to make you care about characters in a 90-120 minutes runtime so a 10-episode series should be able to do it.

Bar FarerParticipantOkay, first they drop the split seasons, they say more focus on the town and now this poster. They might be gaining me back.
