I think the only reason we haven’t seen Belle do any fighting is because she hasn’t had her own character centric episode yet.It’s like the creator’s wanted her to be in the show but didn’t know what to do with her until she had her first real episode so they just set her up to be kidnapped or chained to somthing.

Sticking her with Mulan we’ll probibly get to see what the creators really want her character to be like
