BelleOfTheBallParticipant
Good finds for all of the matches! Hopefully we will have some more stories headed our way – I’ll be interested to see if they do incorporate bears into the woods along with the wolves no one knows are out there. My initial thought for ‘H’ was Rapunzel as she had a lot of gold coloring draping from the back of her head and that was a Grimm fairy tale like many of the others we have seen in OUAT. but I was unable to find any pictures that linked it unlike the others you had found. I agree that J looks like a knight. Perhaps that was to represent Fredrick being stuck?
Hopefully at some point we can get a better look at Henry’s room to further asses what hints are in it – I’m sure there are many!
[adrotate group="5"]BelleOfTheBallParticipantWho is August!? haha That is the number one question I want answered right now, but I bet we wont get it until the episode titled “the stranger” =(
BelleOfTheBallParticipantOh, I hadn’t thought about Robin Hood. That is a great option too. I can definitely see it being that exact scene you explained – and it does appear that they are using sticks rather than swords as they would have in Peter Pan.
BelleOfTheBallParticipantI agree, I believe by the title that the EQ puts her classic apple plan into action. I agree that they wont fit her having the apple and Charming saving her in one episode. The final would be cool to end the same way the Pilot began so we have kind of come full circle on Snow and Charming’s love before they are married. That way, season 2 can sort out what happened in the year (or so) the EQ took to intact the curse after Charming and Snow are married.
I cant wait to see how they take this and play with it – after all, this is an iconic moment for the story of Snow White. How will they change it? Or will they play by the rules and make it very similar to the classic Disney story we all know? I feel that many of the events so far have been behind the scenes of the story we know – it sort of fills in the background of the story we know. But this is so familiar, I am dying to see what they change!
BelleOfTheBallParticipantI would absolutely love for her to burst in. Especially during the trial – It would really give a spin!
BelleOfTheBallParticipantWow! Thats a lot to take in for the last couple episodes! Its going to be packed full of drama! i can’t wait! So glad we are going to find out about Rumples son and Katherine.
BelleOfTheBallParticipantI have a hard time believing it is anyone but Katherine’s heart. Although I cannot believe they would start a story line and make a point to show Fredrick is in SB and kill her off, Regina and the EQ made it very clear she gets rid of those who are no longer of use to her. Kat’s point was to keep MM and David apart, and when she realized they were meant to be together, she became of no use to the queen.
My only other suspicion is that it is Kat’s heart but she is not dead (like Graham’s situation). If the queen had taken her under control in FTL it wouldn’t be unheard of that she was locked away somewhere as Belle is. But I find this HIGHLY unlikely
What I would love is for Kat to burst in while MM is on trial for her murder – it would be such a tailspin and would show that someone in the town was framing her. Again, this is HIGHLY unlikely, but it would be fun 😀
BelleOfTheBallParticipantI find this a tricky topic, mainly because everyone in SB believes there are no wolves in the town. Of course, as a viewer, we know there are. Depending on what you believe, there have been one or two wolves that we have seen. Why would everyone think there are no wolves when we were presented with one so early on in the series. It became apparent to us in the first episode that there are wolves in SB. This makes me think that Emma’s wolf in the pilot was very significant. I agree that the wolf wasn’t there by mistake – he/she was preventing Emma from leaving SB. Why would the producers make it so definite in characters minds that there are no wolves, but then present us with one in the first episode of the series?
I think Mr Gold’s phrasing of words is extremely important in many scenes and we see a primary example of it here. There are no wolves in SB, not the literal kind anyway. This indicates not only Mr Gold knows more than he is letting on – that perhaps he is more aware of Ruby/Red’s situation than we think. It wouldn’t be unheard of if Rumple gave Granny Red’s coat and therefore is the only other person past Snow and Granny to know her identity. I think Mr Golds phrasing should be closely paid attention to. He is manipulative, and with this, drops many hints throughout his casual conversations.
As for the wolf/wolves in SB at this time i think they are Graham’s family/ the wolves he was raised by. The wolf brought back so much for him, and they clearly had a gentle connection. He was not afraid, but drawn into the wolf. I think Ruby transforming at this stage of the battle is unlikely. As we can see in the pictures, the wolf looks different. Also, If Ruby had been turning into the wolf for 28 years in SB there would be no people left in the town. The curse is only just beginning to unfold, and with it I think many FTL characteristics will slowly return.
BelleOfTheBallParticipantThanks!! 😀 😀
BelleOfTheBallParticipantPerhaps he avoided the effects of the curse because he had no happily ever after to be destroyed on FTL. If you think about it, all we know about Rumple are sad things. He lost his wife, his son, and Belle. He became a monster, something I feel he regrets, though he loves his power. Perhaps his suffering is remembering everything in his past – if he hadnt, his life in Sb would be far better (it seems) than his one in FTL. In SB he has a high place in society and is feared by many. In FTL he lost everything that meant something to him. If the curse had black out Rumple like it had everyone else, he would have been happier than he was in FTL. Perhaps the curse did work on Rumple, but rather than blacking him out so he could never be happy, he remembered so he could never be happy. Isn’t that the real point of the curse, to never have a happily ever after.
