If August gave her the money then she would know that Neal still cared for her and she would want to find him.If you think about it August did the right thing, all he was doing was trying to right the wrong he did by leaving emma in the orphanage all alone. If he didnt split up the couple then emma would have never given up henry for adoption, she would be too easy to manipulate and she wouldnt have had the courage to do most of the things she has done. If you think about it, prison made her strong and independant, if she didnt go to prison she would have never formed the barrier she has when it comes to trusting people. This barrier has saved her multiple times in SB. Yes what august did was bad but he had to make sure that emma grew up independent and strong so that whatever she faced in SB she could face and win.
If Neal is bae then August would have never met him before…. When August asked Neal if he believed in magic, Neal seemed to believe but have a bad experience with it in the past, or maybe he was trying to forget about magic and realizes that his life will never be without it. He realizes this when August tells him of Emma’s destiny and once again (if Neal is bae) his life is in contact with magic. He’ll finally confront his magical past and go to storybook an find his father… But that’s all under the assumption the Neal is bae but they might just be trying to trick us by giving us clues.. Also I don’t think tinkerbell was in the box because where would have August gotten a fairy? And she would have flew away when he opened the box.. No I don’t think Neal
Asossiates with never landTo be fair Neal never knew Emma was pregnant because she found out when she was in prison and he was out of her life by then.. I felt so bad for Neal because it was August who kicked him out! He truley loved her 🙁

I totally agree with TheGoldenKey. I dont think he could be the wizard of Oz i think that may be something to reveal in season 3
I feel like the slippers will come up again because if they had already been transported to the world with no magic then that means that they are in the human world which means there is a portal in the real world! I feel like oz will become a part of the show after they get the rights for it. It just hit me, what if Cora wasnt sent to wonderland but to oz? She could have been the wicked witch!
I think rumple may have been in cahoots with Cora and that would be why he needed to go to wonderland… If Regina transported her mom to wonderland and thus making her the queen of hearts then rumple would need a way there. Maybe Regina made Jefferson remember his daughter because she did find out about rumples plan and his role. He gave her a false sense of hope so she gave him false hope in return
