I’m pretty sure it’s for 2×15 “The Queen Is Dead”. As seen in the promo, the face-off between Snowing and Cora & Regina is in the clock tower, so that’s why it would be in the title card.
I personally think, incorporating my Bae Pan theory, that Tamara is Wendy. Neal would have met her here, bring her to Neverland, come back to our world, and stay with Wendy.
Since the writers love to put twists on characters, this would be perfect. But I think that SwanFire will end up as the final pairing.
I also had a theory that Regina will use the knife to have Rumple kill Cora, as Cora says in the Canadian Promo, “I’ll use that dagger to have the Dark One kill anyone you like.” So since Cora and Regina eventually end up with the dagger(http://vancityfilming.com/once-upon-a-time-regina-and-cora-use-magic/#prettyPhoto) I think Cora will hand it to Regina and she will make Gold kill Cora. Just my theory though…
I think that Neal stayed in Neverland, did meet Hook, but had nothing to do with Peter Pan and the Lost Boys. I would hate seeing the Dark One’s son flying, just too immature and the CGI would be terrible.

I think August told Neal he was Pinocchio, so that prompted Neal to say he was Baelfire. That’s what I assumed. But what I do think is that August didn’t tell Bae that he was going to see his father.
A new theory just popped into my head: What if the item inside August’s box that he showed Neal was a magic bean? Neal would instantly recognize that as magical and know for a fact that August knows what he’s talking about! But the question is, how did August obtain one?
