ParticipantOkay, after doing some research, the Tin Woodman was the ruler of the Winkies after the Wicked Witch of the West. Maybe, in Once’s twist, he’s the ruler of Oz (the Wizard)?
Also, it really looks like Neal is dead, so I’m really angry with the show right now. #MonkeySwan

ParticipantWell, we all knew this was coming. But where do you guys think the next spin-off (if any) will be set?

ParticipantBEST EPISODE YET! WHAT EPICNESS WAS THIS?
Favorite:
- Seeing the vault again. I loved the scene in 1×17 “Hat Trick,” so I’m glad we saw it again.
- AMARA’S BACK! Wow, that was an epic introduction.
- The lines! Oh, how I loved the one-liners.
- The fight scene! That was so cool.
- Jafar has now killed two regulars. Die.
Least Favorite:
- We didn’t see Amara come back, which kind of put me off…

Participant- I hope not. I mean, he was one-dimensional until 1×10, but he was a great character.
- JAFAR”S EYES!
- I. Don’t. Know.

ParticipantNeal was a thought that went through my mind, mostly because of the address. But I’m not sure, as I need more evidence to suggest that. However, it is a possibility.Keeper of Thor’s Hammer, Will Scarlet’s Genie Bottle, Emma’s Gun, Emma and Henry’s Moment at the Castle, Cora, and the infamous Family Tree!

ParticipantEmma is crying in the picture of her hugging Snow. I really, really, REALLY hope this has nothing to do with Neal (which I am undoubtedly sure it does).

ParticipantWe know the Witch wanted (and took) Charming’s courage, so if the theory that she’s recreating the Oz characters pans out, than maybe she’s going to symbolically take someone’s brain, leaving them with a quiet mind.

ParticipantOkay, now I’m upset. When I first looked at the promo pics, I was so excited for this scene! It sucks that they cut it out, but maybe this scene was supposed to give Henry his memories back and A&E decided to give his memories back later.

ParticipantThis episode was…eh. I liked it, could rewatch it, but it was nowhere near my top of the totem pole of episodes.
Favorite Moments:
- The Rumple/Zelena conversation. It offered insight into her father (which I think this can confirm that it’s not Rumple or Leo…) and her relationship with Rumple.
- The taking of the courage. I found that to be really cool and it really makes me think that Zelena made David the Cowardly Lion. What a smart, manipulative moment.
Least Favorite:
- The hooded figure bit. It was annoying. End of story.
- The point of Rapunzel. See, this is where things like this annoy me. They make a point of casting a diverse actress for one of the most iconic figures in fairy tales and BOOM! She’s a filler character. I hate it when they do this, as it’s grown to be extremely common now and one of Season two’s major mistakes: they bring in a character just to add it to the Onceiverse so that it can serve the plot. Afterwards, we never hear from the character again. Yes, I’m glad we got some David stuff this week, but it just felt out of place too soon in the half-season.
Overall, it was an “eh” episode. However, I can’t wait for next week’s!

ParticipantAlright, this episode has now taken the title of my favorite! I LOVED THIS EPISODE!
Favorite Moments:
- CORA CORA CORA! I’ve been looking forward to her appearance for months and it really worked well for the narrative. Oh, and SHE’S AMAZING! Barbara Hershey FTW!
- Alice and Cyrus in Storybrooke. All the “fish out of water” moments were hilarious and was a good contrast to the darker tone of present-day.
- Surprisingly, the Jabberwocky. I’m still disappointed that she isn’t a beast, but her abilities were used appropriately this episode.
- The Knave/Emma parallel. They both had their lovers manipulated to leave them, albeit for different reasons. August manipulated Neal to leave Emma so she could go on to break the curse, and Cora (!) manipulated Ana to leave Will so she could go on to royalty. This is also a parallel to Regina, which I liked.
Least Favorite:
- Ana dying. That just made Jafar such a cruel person, and I can’t wait to see him get killed off.
- Will’s emotion levels after losing his heart. I mean, when Regina ripped out her own heart after getting back to the EF, she still had a level of sadness in her face. However, Will just acted like it was no big deal. That was…odd.
All in all, such a great episode. This is going to make it all the worse when they end up canceling this show come May 🙁
