I do hope we get more Arthurian legend in our show but it might be best to save until after adventures in NL to prevent it from becoming too complex.
It doesn’t even have to be specifically on OUAT anymore now that we have a sister show… 😉

Or if you believe some current theories, Pinocchio and Bae were in NL together.
😯 That’s a new one, especially since we know he came through to our world seconds before baby Emma did.
Took me forever to remember where I posted that theory buuuuut:
here around page 5
here around page 2, last few posts.Maybe we should consolidate it in a thread exclusive to it, don’t you think? 🙂

Am I the only one one who feels the only downside of this season was the reveal of what August showed Neal? I mean a typewriter that says something he just could have verbalized since they were alone? What was the point?? And to make it worse they made it all dramatic and stuff. Definitely the worse reveal in my book.
In Neal’s own words: “He (August) always had a knack for being cryptic”.
This was nothing new as far as August is concerned. He could’ve gone straight to Emma in season 1 as well to tell her that not only he was Pinocchio, the 7-year-old boy that found her as a baby, but did he? No. He played for 8 episodes the role of the charming mysterious stranger until the worsening of his “disease” forced him to that more direct approach . Same thing with Neal/Bae and the typewriter.
And it could be just me, but I was expecting the contents of the box to be something that even the most “muggle” of the outsiders would become a believer in magic, like a magical heart, so it came as a complete shock to me that it was a simple typed paper revealing that August knew Neal was Bae all along.

And even if Hook’s story is true, it may only be what he perceives to be true. The reality may be something different.
That’s very true. It wasn’t that long ago that Emma portrayed Henry’s father as this bastard that took advantage of her, after all. 🙂

Killian’s father also abandond him and he abandaned Bae in a way. In real life, many people from all walks of life deal with father abandanment so that theam really strikes a cord with the audience.
Eh, we don’t know for sure that Hook was abandoned by his father, he could’ve concocted that story to get Bae to spill the beans about Rumple and the way to kill him, especially given how similar it is to Rumple’s own. I’d wait for a Adam or Eddy confirmation or a Hook flashback before accepting that as the truth.

ParticipantThat was likely the initial idea, with previous hints pointing towards it airing during a December-March hiatus of OUAT and Adam and Eddy mentioning that the show would be akin to American Horror Story, with each season having a beginning, middle and end, but who knows how much of it is still valid?
The show now has a timeslot in ABC’s regular schedule and it’s getting quite a bit of attention, being second only to Agents of SHIELD in expectations, it might turn out to be a series as regular as OUAT after all. I wouldn’t worry about the 13 episode order, that could very well be because OUATinWL is a new show in a timeslot not very gentle to ABC these last few years; for all we know, we might get the last 9 as ratings prove to be satisfactory.

Yeah, I’ll be timelining it. Ehehehehe.
LOL, good luck! Especially if you’re going to be making a single timeline for both shows! 😆

ParticipantThis is the specific excerpt from the episode transcript:
Lancelot: It’s poisoned.
Prince Charming: Can we find an antidote?
Snow White: Or the fairies. They can help us.
Lancelot: No. I’m afraid this is gonna take something stronger than fairy dust.
Prince Charming: Lake Nostos… I’ve been there before. Its waters have powerful magical properties. I’ve seen them turn a man from solid gold back into flesh. It isn’t far. A day’s journey at most.Source: http://onceuponatime.wikia.com/wiki/Lady_of_the_Lake/Transcript
They talk about fairies in general, not Blue Fairy specifically.

They didn’t go with the enchanted objects being cursed angle (Rumple says that the cup is just a cup) but there is a great shot of Belle & Rumple sitting on the table and on the left is the tea service (Mrs. Potts) and on the right is a candlestick and a clock – Lumiere & Cogsworth. Rumple is holding Chip in his hands. 🙂 It’s not as good as the real thing we’re used to, but I’m sure it was intentionally done to give a little nod to those characters which I thought was nice.
I tried to embed the pic I just tweeted here but it was being mean so I’ll just put the link. Not the best ever but if you’re looking for it you’ll see all of them in that 1 shot 🙂

RG I am right there with you! Love Sebastian!
Oh, I stand corrected, then. However, how does one do something similar to Sebastian, Flounder and Scuttle, then? I don’t think we’ll be getting those as real characters just like we didn’t with Beauty and the Beast’s enchanted objects.
