I think it is possible that Jefferson wrote the book. He knew the stories…he knew Emma was the Savior…he wanted the curse broken so he could reunite with his daughter.

Thanks for your research Hummingbird, Evil Queen and others. You’ve confirmed what I found out a while back. When I first started posting about Neal I spelled it with an “a” but then I realized that the official spelling is an “i”. I thought I would do one more check and the official character page on ABC’s Once Upon a Time site does spell his name with an “i”…Neal Cassidy. http://beta.abc.go.com/shows/once-upon-a-time/blogs/character-tales/neal-cassidy

Although Neal Cassidy is not supposed to be the real life Neal he is very much a nod to the real life Neal Cassady and the various authors, musicians etc that used him as a character or as inspiration.

Ok…..I think that the title has something to do with DARTS. Cricket is a Dart game and a simplified version of Cricket is called Mickey Mouse. Considering there is a dart board in the Sheriff’s office, Graham played darts ANDthere is a huge dart board in the main promo picture for Season 2…I’m guessing it has something to do with this. Is it possible Graham will return?????

Click herefor the promo picture http://cartermatt.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/Once-9.jpg

Also….episode 17 of Season One, “Hat Trick” is a sports term that can also apply to the game of darts called Cricket. Soooooooo….that give me lots to think about….Graham…Henry…Jefferson…and maybe even Robin Hood.

I happened to enter the word/name “neal” in TheFreeDictionary. One of the meanings of the name is “To be tempered by heat.” This gives credence to the belief that Neal could indeed be Baelfire.

That’s a great find! Following your lead I found this definition for “Cass” (idy) –

    cass – GNU Webster’s 1913
    v. To render useless or void; to quash; to annul; to reject; to send away.

So we have Neal (tempered by heat) Cass(idy) rejected…sent away. Sounds like Baelfire to me. 😀

(Looks like ABC has a Neal page now 😀 http://beta.abc.go.com/shows/once-upon-a-time/blogs/character-tales/neal-cassidy with a great pic of Neal in the bug )

I love SwanFire fans! I would have never even have noticed this.

(Henry is just doing it a little bit, but kudos to ladyannarielle for finding all these photos.)

I thought that this link, http://theclassics4.tumblr.com/post/36594637046/the-perfect-crinkley-eyed-smile-robert-carlyle was cute too not only because it has a lot of pictures of Robert Carlyle smiling but also because MRJ’s face gets all crinkly like that too when he smiles.

    Love it!!!!!
