Have you read the tvline article? the one that someone has posted a few times over this thread? It breaks almost everything down. The monocles and other doodads point to him just being out of place. But there are some things that really point to him being Bae. Especially if you take a look at point #8 on that list and follow the link.

Just thought of something. Some people think Regina would have just killed baby Emma, but she couldn’t have. Didn’t Gold say that if Emma died the curse would be broken. Her best bet would have been to keep her in storybrook where she could never reach her twenty-eighth birthday.
Regina: “Yes, it was about the same age you were when that Sleeping Beauty got the best of you, my dear Maleficent.”
So maybe the first Sleeping Beauty had a different name, or maybe she died giveing birth to this one and her father named the child after the mother. It’s not as common to name a daughter after her mother as it to is name a son after his father, but it does happen.
I think they are going to use the hat emma made to go get her and MM. I wonder if it will have different rules than Jefferson’s hat. If it does maybe it could serve as a link between the worlds. People in Storybrook could go to what’s left of their home (it may be in ruins, but it’s still home) and the survivors may go to Storybrook (It’s not home, but it’s a nicer place) if they want. It would be an interesting way to shake things up, but i’m not sure the show is ready for it just yet.
I’m not sure how i would feel about that. I mean I think fox has the rights to LOTR and I don’t like them teasing us if they have no chance to come through.
But maybe that love is one-side. I mean I think Philip loves her in a sister/friend kind of way but everyone knows he belongs with Aurora. Because of this, she says nothing, even going as far as to volunteer to take on the mark so they can be together. I think that says a lot of her character. I do hope she finds her one true love (shang) but i’m thinking maybe he got sucked into Storybrook and She didn’t or something like that. It would give her a chance to find him (or for him to find her) AND it would give the writers more opportunities to put her in the story.
I’m kind of glad they changed up the rules, true love’s kiss was beginning to become too much of a cure all. But if that doesn’t work anymore (in general) does that mean that Emma is running off a different set of rules then everyone else when it comes to magic? She cured Henry and she gave Regina back magic. K&H said that magic was like currency, but does that mean Emma is working on a different set as everyone else (like trying to use $ in Europe or vice versa)?
