bp- I am def not a Goldstiltskin hater and I love Rumbelle.
However, I would be extremely annoyed if they totally disregarded canon!
Canon is the basis of the plot. With out it, it is just a conveluted fan fic.
That long analysis has some good points, but, not everything rests on Rumbelle.
This is Emma’s story and it’s being told now. According to K&H, anyway.
And since it’s their story, I’m going to go with that 🙂[adrotate group="5"]I have to disagree. I don’t see it as Adam and Eddy using the DO curse as a crutch.
They established early on that the DO curse can only be broken if someone uses the dagger to kill the DO. It’s a major plot point. Rumple’s sacrifices and the fact that he stabbed himself would not break the DO curse. If that were so, Zoso would not have needed a “Desperate Soul” to end his misery.
In keeping with canon, Rumple can’t just be “let off the hook”…..that would weaken the plot and create plot holes. Not to mention make ppl angry.Rumple said True Love is the most powerful magic. I think the fact that Emma and Neal haven’t kissed is a bigger deal than the fact that Emma and Hook have.
I truly think the’ve been keeping Neal and Emma apart to avoid that kiss on purpose, for a reason.Obisgirl – He was Bryan. Shannon’s boyfriend. He tried to help her swindle $50,000 out of Boone while they were in Australia.
