I do think it deserves the accolades for the LGBT diversity. It is part of the show and it is not about whether or not it is accepted, it just is, and i like that. Also, the main character of the show is bisexual. Not just a random side character that is in one episode and never seen again, see Ouat.

I do think that it could do a better job with the racial diversity. It is certainly there, but i still think they could do better. Most of the main characters are white. I think they need to add a black main character amongst the kids. I think they are trying with the diversity, bringing in reoccurring characters and such, but could do better since it is supposed to be a futuristic post apocalyptic society that lived on an enclosed space ship for generations.

I know, right? They should never have gone their originally with any reflective surface being a mirror. That is just such a mess because then Snow could be found anywhere even when she is off hiding in the woods which always begged the question of why is she alive. Seriously, the mirror world makes me think of so many questions and so many inconsistencies, that i just have to dismiss it from my mind for my own sanity.

I thought the mirror world was sort of ridiculous. How would they even find the Storybrooke mirrors? Or was this only the Storybrooke mirror section? It was huge. The whole idea was insane. Also, once Sidney looked through just a reflective surface like some water or a window or something, i can’t remember, so how is that explained? I think it would have been better for it to be more like a wasteland with one mirror that changed then what it was. I think it was a world building nightmare.

I sort of have a love/hate for the 100. On one hand, it has a lot of good female characters, many LGBT characters, dystopian society, world building is good, love the language and how they build out the world with each season, the sky people, the grounders, mount weather, 12 nations, so on and so forth.

On the other hand, i think the writing is pretty much atrocious at times. Well before the death of Lexa, the show was overly violent which made no sense. The kids were lord of the flies in the first season and pretty much stupid to their deaths. The logic of what was going on in the arc in the first season never made any sense at all and still doesn’t. It is this weird thing. They have good enough actors. Interesting characters. Good world building. Decent costumes. But the plot is just like what, that makes no sense, from one moment to the next. Bellamy’s behavior made no sense in the last season at all. It is really hard for me to even dissect my problems with the show because it is just really badly written at almost every turn.

Now Clexa, first thing, the leader of the woods clan, Anya, was a character i really liked in the earlier seasons, and i never forgave the show for killing her. Then enters Lexa who easily became the best character on the show, but i could not force myself to be attached to because of the way they killed Anya. Then they killed her. They killed Lexa and it was, as someone on twitter wrote, as if superman slipped on a banana peel and died. Her death was so random and stupid and anti climactic. I kept hoping that they were going to put her body in a stasis pod or something that was left over from the crash of the other arcs, because if the actor needed to go off to kill zombies, they could have kept her character alive just in case. Alas, i think not.

The thing is that while i do think the writing on this show is really badly written at every turn, especially when it comes to the big things that happen. The deaths, some of the plots, the adult characters should all die, Clarke should just be accepted as the leader with Bellamy as her second by the sky crew, and just a whole lot of other like major weird plot things that happened. Besides all that. There are moments when this show has a scene that is so good that i just know what is going to happen because it is so good and so earned and so wonderful that you are just like yes, that was awesome, that was well done, that was a great game, that was well written, well acted and just good.

This show is never going to be great, in my opinion, and i do think it will only ever be remembered for killing Lexa, and i feel so sorry for all the people who started watching it because they heard about Clexa, but i do think that when it has those really amazing scenes, it is as good as any show can be.

Right. I don’t get why the name of the character or the actor is a BIG secret but the fact that a previously thought dead character is, in fact, alive and in SB is not?

It is because they don’t seem to understand what the real spoilers are for some reason. They keep secret the most random things and then on the other hand will give away big spoilers seemingly without realizing. It is just illogical, inconsistent, and childish all at the same time.

It always seemed possible that Charming’s dad came from an unknown story. The Evil Queen knew something about it and it is assumed that she learned that from Hyde since Regina didn’t know. The problem being that Rumpel had that coin thing. I would certainly say there was a chance that Charming’s dad is alive, but with this whole possibility of an alternate reality out there, who knows. Maybe it isn’t an alternate reality and Robin is just sort of alive again.

I am glad it looks like Emma is having a flashback, with little Emma. Also, since there is no evidence that the Evil Queen is still hanging around maybe she will be gone by 610. I think that will be enough time, though they need to do more in the next few episodes with that, all killer no filler, like for real this time guys.

Katman annoys me to no end with her just randomly deciding what she keeps a secret and what she tells. I think we can know from this though that it looks like David’s dad is not dead and is in present day scenes with Hook and Charming. That is the real information anyways, not his character name or the name of the actor.  I can’t imagine the docks being part of a flashback, though if there is an alternate reality that lasts for five episodes or half a season, then maybe he is just alive in the alternate reality like Robin is alive.

Yeah, and i think there is a difference in that Dolores is an older model and Teddy is not. Have we seen Teddy interact with William? I keep thinking i need to do a rewatch. I think you are probably right about the guns because of the stray bullet issue or if a guest just shot a human not realizing they were a human because it is almost impossible to tell the difference. If Teddy is not an older model, was his loop somehow written as like a version of William’s journey? That might explain some of the Man in Black’s dislike, assuming that the Man in Black is William, which we are still not certain of. I do think the fact that we haven’t found out William’s last name has to be significant.

I have also been thinking for awhile that some of the other members, guests and employees, could be hosts, they mostly all could be for all we know. It is that insane. The moment Bernard said what door, i was just like oh my goodness, wow. Then i knew Theresa was dead. I was waiting for the first human death, because it had to happen.

The first time i saw the little boy with Ford, i thought is that his avatar? They were just acting so similarly and their clothing, also the way he just shows up observing things.

I am also really surprised that it is starting to look like we aren’t going to see Jafar in the present day until the second half or at the earliest at the end of the first half. As much as the writers tried to pretend this is not a split season, it is looking more and more like it will be.

Has the Evil Queen been on set in the second half of the season at all? As in after episode 10?

Maybe they will use the lamp, once there is a genie in it, to bring Robin back and he comes back wrong. In the Aladdin movie the Genie says that he can’t bring people back from the dead and then he becomes like a zombie and he says he doesn’t like doing it. Maybe people can be wished back alive, but they don’t come back right. It is seriously like it could be anything.
