ParticipantThat is exactly how i feel, phee, just simply honestly how could they resist showing her wolf out in Storybrooke.
I do agree that it seems like Red still had some of her abilities as a wolf, like her increased sense of smell and hearing because she was able to find David and find the heart with those abilities. So she may still have her wolfing out innate in her which may be different then with Regina’s magics.

ParticipantI would imagine there is no reason that Smee couldn’t be in Storybrooke without Hook. I just think that when the curse hit a person either went through to Storybrooke or they stayed frozen in fairytale land, so they can’t be in both places until they are able to realm jump again.
I sort of imagine that while part of fairytale land was protected as in the people did not go through, that the other parts of fairytale land are still there, right? Though maybe not. I just keep thinking that they really should show Emma and Snow go back to the locations that Snow remembers like their castle. Emma could see those places, but who knows it really did look like the world broke apart around them in the pilot.

ParticipantI thought she got her magic from Rumpel as well now i am not quite so sure. There might be someone else involved as well or she just has magic.

ParticipantEmma will go Buffy with that big hammer from Season 5. That would be really funny to me.

ParticipantI wonder if they are going to try and confuse the issue a bit like they did how they started with the horse in central park and for a second you thought that were starting in fairytale land.

ParticipantI still don’t think that Emma is anyone else in fairytale land. I mean her fairytale land alter ego is that she is Princess Emma, daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming. That is her alter ego so i don’t want her to be someone else too.

ParticipantYeah and i don’t believe that the time should be spread around equally. That is not the show i want to watch and that was not the show we had first season. There was always Emma, there was always Emma and Mary Margaret even if it was just one scene. There was always a little bit of good in all this, and there was a little bit of good, but there was way too much of not in the first episode, in my opinion of course.
I am fine with Rumpel in his capacity as part of the plot, Regina/Rumpel, the family/Rumpel, Rumpel setting the wraith through. It is the nonsensical Belle scenes that have not a thing to do with the plot that are too much for me. And Belle came back and said she wanted to change him? It was a silly end and i really thought they were going to give her a backbone for a second and have her at least leave until the next episode.
To me the main plot is the family and there should have been more family and way less of the fairytale land part of the episode and less of Rumpel and Belle. All i know was that this was not what i wanted to see and if they are going to continue like that i am just not so sure right not. And it sort of felt like ep 1 was split three ways. Fairytale land, Rumpel and Belle, and the family, so imagine that is what the episodes are sort of going to be like. Like next time we will have Charming and Regina in Storybrooke, Emma and Snow in fairytale land present, and Regina in fairytale land pre curse.

ParticipantTime is linear in LOST though, but like Marilou said with a detour in 1977 for a few of the characters.

ParticipantYeah, they didn’t die after the bomb went off in 1977, they went back to the present time on the island. I think Kate was in a tree Juliet was in the blown up hatch, etc. The bomb did not create the flash sideways. That is why the flash sideways is not really a sideways, it is a flash forward and is the future for the characters like Jack went there to the afterlife, after he died on the island, but then some characters like Kate went there after they lived and died later on off the island.
There would be no loop because that is not what the wheel was doing. The wheel was moving the island through time and the bomb moved the losties through time as well though not the island. I think because our losties were there at the time that the wheel got messed up that they were the ones that were moving through time while everyone else was not. At lest that makes sense to me.
The so called flash sideways is a flash forward. When you die, you step out of time, so while everyone started being in the flash sideways at the same moment, that does not mean they died at the same moment. It is just they died and were outside of time, so they were all together in the place of waiting.
I am not sure what you are asking about moving on because that is more about the peace they were trying to figure out for the characters and whether or not they were ready to let go of what happened in their lives.

ParticipantRight. I want way more of the family time then we got. They spent way too much time with Rumpel and an annoying amount of time on Aurora and Mulan bickering with one another.
