I’m with ya there, Chimera. It takes good writing for a person such as myself who was not too keen on Swanfire after Tallahassee, but warmed up to it pretty quickly after seeing present day SF happen. Wendy and Neal would be a cute pairing. I saw the potential there, but don’t know yet if Neal comes back from Wonderland soon enough to visit Wendy when she’s young.

Regardless of the pairing, they all seem to work and pan out nicely, so God forbid CS does not follow through completely or doesn’t happen at all *insert gasp* it would not stop me from watching the series or from appreciating all other ships.

😆 😆 😆 @ Ross and Rachel them! Yeah, it is a bit early for Emma to get her happy ending, especially since she is the main character and her struggles are far from over. Nothing is ever permanent in OUAT. Relationships are constantly in a push and pull, even with a TL pairing like Snowing or Rumbelle. No pairing is without its hitches. Now, it is left to be seen who she ultimately ends up being with, but I am ready for the ride! “There’s bumpy seas ahead!”

You honestly just made my week. There is a lot of hope just yet!!! But unlike Milah, I would like Neal to still be alive…did anyone notice how the portal was the same color as the one Bae went through the first time when Rumple let go of him? Yeah, I see potential on both sides too, actually, though I still strongly favor CaptainSwan. I thought it was rather mean and juvenile too for SF shippers to dance on our CS graves almost. It’s unnecessary and no one should be making personal jabs. Are we back to boyband rivalries like I had back when I was in high school? 🙄 I wonder which ship will be topping next week’s TRL charts…hmmm…

We only have 1 ep left this season and Emma’s going to be raw and then we’ve got big stuff happening…hopefully they’ll at least get some interaction & good bonding moments giving us hope for next season? I’ve felt like they were kindred spirits from the get go but with what just happened they certainly can’t jump into any meaningful moment unless Hook is just nice to her and gives her a shoulder to cry on. I can’t root for anything more than that right now because it would feel too reboundy and we’d never hear the end of it / wouldn’t bode well for longterm future.

I agree. Rebound would not be the way to go…especially after that heartfelt goodbye that SF shared. That just broke my heart into a billion pieces. It was too much to handle…especially since we just a handle on how self-sacrificing Bae can be with others in addition to Emma.

I also agree that Hook gets a little more negative attention than he should be. Sure, he is a “villain,” but not as heartless as Rumple and Regina can be in their acts. He did not kill Belle. He could have done that. Granted, losing her memory was not wonderful, but he had the choice. I am not hating Rumple and Regina, but that line that Belle gives before she slams Hook with that pole in “Outsider,” she says that Rumple’s heart is true, and his is rotten…I wouldn’t go that far. Hook still has a code and some semblance of honor, even if he is out for vengeance. I do think he will redeem himself next eppy. They would not focus on his concerned look in “Evil Queen” otherwise.

What if…the act of not killing Henry somehow brings Belle back? By defying Lacey’s enabling and taunts to do what is necessary to keep him powerful and her immortal, he essentially “wakes” Belle up. Not a well-formed theory, it just occurred to me after what you were suggesting.

Omg. That is incredibly devastating. So many species are near extinction, yet human wants keep trumping needs for the ecosystem. Yeah, unfortunately, I have been to Canada only a few times and always at the New York/Canada border to see Niagara Falls. I would love to stay there for a while and visit the major cities. I have relatives that live up there and they have been urging us to come over.

No mountain ranges in Chicago, I’m afraid 🙁 We have all four seasons, though. I love fall! The colors, the crisp air, the beginning of school…all very nostalgic for me. The winters can be rough here, but in recent years, they have been “mild” considering how cold and how much snowfall we typically get.
