I’ve been thinking about Lake Nostos ever since those first moments when Belle crossed that stoopid line in 2×11!!So glad others have thought of it too!!!!!!!And YES!!!!!I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO WANTS THAT BALLROOM SCENE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now,I have posted this baffling comment,along with the Nostos theory,several times on the Facebook page;but everyone just ignored it!!!!So I’m hoping you guys could help straighten it out?Near the end of “We Are Both,”Grumpy says to Sneezy,who had lost his memory that day,”You’ve lost something,brother.It’s gonna take fairy dust to get it back.”
Right,now,I assume the only thing Sneezy has lost is his memory.SO WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON HERE? ❓ ❓

Thing is,what Sneezy/Clark was doing after he lost his memory could be very important to the main plot.Not saying he could be some kind of a schemer,but the point is that even the most paltry of things are very closely connected to the main action and therefor should be clumped together with the full ep.

I do agree with RumplesGirl:these are larger than life characters,so it prevents it from being another Revenge.but I also think they are still very,very realistic in their behaviors.Cora didn’t want to settle for some ordinary revenge.Noooo!In her mind what Eva(and Xavier)did was deserving of far more than the same humiliation she went through.It’s human nature to want to strike back with a greater force,to make sure they pay twice what we ourselves suffered.Murders have been committed for similar reasons.So…..is it right?No.Does it suck?Absolutely.Is it interesting to see it play out?Yes!Can we learn from it?I hope so.

Yeah,you’re right!So….maybe another possibility is that Leopold was from far,far away.Eva married him,making her queen.Cora saw no way to get around the other people ahead of her without a long, bloody war,that would ruin the economy even if she did win;so instead she went after Leopold and Eva’s kingdom,killed Eva,and set Regina up for Leopold.I recant my previous theory(s)! 💡 This one’s much less of a headache!!! : 😀 Makes more sense too.In the Snow/horse/Leopold flashback in 2×15,they said stuff like”long journeys,””wanderings.”And Snow said,”I’m tired of these long searches.”Which kind of implies that Leopold’s search had already been going on a long while before he met Regina.So naturally a search that long would take him far and wide…..right on over to Regina’s neck of the woods…..although does that mean that Cora manipulated all the other women Leopold met before Regina??He did say in 1×18,”I have never met a woman with an interest in my daughter…until now.”Maybe Cora did manipulate at least some of those other women and also manipulated Regina,giving her the exact thing Leopold was looking for:a mother for Snow.And thus,Regina became queen(without a war!).What do you guys think?
