That’s what makes the crack so believable. We only know that Robin is coming back, no mention of Marian, Tamara with mysterious parentage and a couple with a baby only brought up once. Last time we had a character’s child that showed up for only one episode and then not mentioned for awhile, it eventually turned out to be Henry’s father. Marian was sick and pregnant for a reason other than to just show Rumple’s burgeoning human side.

It’s funny how the mind works. You have something planned out in your head and you just can’t think of any other option. I won’t be heartbroken if all this doesn’t pan out, but at the moment I can’t see it going any other way with the evidence we have in front of us.

Emma was the only one Neal really wanted to be with, but he’d convinced himself that there was no way Emma would ever forgive him. So if he ever wanted to settle down, have that family he’s been craving for some 200-odd years, whoever he did it with would only ever be “good enough”. No one else would ever be Emma. His Tallahassee was officially, completely, out of his reach, but he didn’t want to be alone.

*shakes head in agreement* Yep. This is essentially all the Eddy and Adam have said in various forms of media about Neal and how he’s moved forward with his life.

I’d actually be okay with that. My main concern has been in preserving the Tamara=RH’s daughter scenario (which I’ll hold onto until completely disproven by incontrovertible evidence from the show).

Maybe Maury Povich needs to do an episode from Storybrooke.  “Robin, you ARE the father.”  Or they could just do special edition of “Good Morning, Storybrooke”.  They’d probably have quite a few people stepping up for paternity tests.  We could also break out the lie-detector test and hook the Blue Fairy up to it and see exactly what is going on.  😀

If Peter Pan and his crew kill Tamara AND she’s RH’s daughter, I could see Regal Hood still happening. It’s messy, but what about this show is nice and tidy.

I could see Henry and/or some of the Jolly Roger crew witness it and in true villain style (you know villains are compelled to reveal everything before the kill), PP can relate how he groomed Tamara and fed on her fears and hatred. Then BAM! Peter lets the bomb drop that she’s the daughter of Robin Hood and Marian and all her life she fought against something she was born from. And then he kills her.

Move on to after everyone is back in Storybrooke and they relate the tale of what really happened to Robin and how his daughter was manipulated. Regina doesn’t dirty her hands, all the blame is on Peter Pan and Regal Hood can move forward. 😀

I have a feeling that Regina isn’t going to kill Tamara. For some reason, I think Peter Pan and his “Lost Ones” are going to do the job. They no longer have use for her, she’s a zealot magic-hater. What use does she really have now to them? I wouldn’t be shocked if her own side put a “burn notice” out on her and off her.

BWAHAHAHAAA! It may be crack, but it’s comprehensively thought out crack. ;-)

Might I bring up our conversation from another thread *stares Phee down*

What? Who are these people? We don’t indulge in crackpot theories–we utilize deductive and inductive reasoning to come up with possible outcomes to fictional situations. When one starts to try and justify their insane actions, isn’t that a true indicator of insanity? ;-)

I’m not alone in my insanity, evidently.  😉  How is you padded room?

The feeling when your crackship becomes canon is fantastic.  It’s that combination of “I told you so” and “Ha! Doubt my genius next time.”  It involves gloating and crowing and an involuntary scream that comes out of your body that first time it’s confirmed.  And afterward a lot of eye rolling from previous naysayers who try to tell you that they’d always seen the signs.  Then comes much scoffing and searching out old posts to prove them wrong.  Can you tell I’ve had a crackship become canon?  👿

Check twitter or tumblr …. a shipping name will pop up there and take off.

The best is hearing people pronounce Rumbelle.  I’ve heard  rum-belle, rump-belle, and rumble (like let’s get ready to rumble) .  I say the last one.  With Neal/Emma I prefer SwanFire to SwanThief, but I see both used interchangeably.

Although they’ve already shot  down Knave/Alice, I wonder how many SwanQueen-esque shippers will be out there crying, “But what about the subtext!  You wrote it and now you’re ignoring the attraction!  I can’t believe you teased us that way!”

The idea of a perpetually bored, perpetual 17 year old, having to come up with ways to amuse himself, with no adults to tell him what he can and can’t do…no good can come from that.

Why am I getting the feeling that Peter Pan and his adventures in Neverland is going to resemble Lord of the Flies!  😉

I know we discounted Jefferson as the books author, but for the life of me I can’t remember why.  I know one thing is he might have been “stuck” in his house, but isn’t hard to call for pick up from Goodwill or another business who would pick up and old book.  Who knows, maybe he got out of Wonderland early and was able to record the stories.

I fear we’re never going to find out the book’s author.  My money is still on a fairy.  Or Rumple…or anyone.  😛

And poor Pinocchio can’t tell Neal how sincere the man was about thinking he’d found his son again.  Of course, Rumple threatened to kill him immediately, but that’s a go-to action for the man.  It’d be nice if we could tell Neal…”Hey, go back and watch ‘The Return’.  Your dad was real sincere there and that would have been a much better speech than what you got.”
