That’s a whole lot of hotness in one show. It has to be a hit. I’m a straight female, but Meghan is just breathtaking. I hope this is her breakout role.

The thing with the networks and airings. It’s complicated. Watch some of your favorite shows and they might say CBS studios and it’s aired on NBC. I think that’s one of the reasons Scrubs was picked up by ABC for it’s final season. It was produced by ABC. ABC broadcasting didn’t pick the pilot up but NBC did and it aired on that network for years. When NBC cancelled it, ABC picked up its option. Just imagine that its producing division is separate from it’s broadcasting division and it begins to make a little more sense.

Same thing with Dancing with the Stars and American Idol. They’re produced in the same studio, but different networks. It’s not as uncommon a thing as you’d think.

The ancient greeks has many classifications of love. So much more interesting than the plain old “love” in the English language. So I do think in their own way that Rumple and Cora did love each other. It wasn’t necessarily healthy or moonlight and roses, but it was real.

I hate to quote HP, but J. K. Rowlings is a genius. Reading over the thread, the following quote of Dumbledore to Harry popped into my head:

It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.

In this instance, Cora and Rumple did have a type of love, but Cora’s choices showed what she truly was rather than what she was capable of. Did they have the potential of having true love? Maybe. But their choices on both sides decided that their love wasn’t to be.

On the other hand when contrasted with Rumbelle, Rumple chose to release Belle from her indentured servitude for her own good. In return, Belle chose to return because she wanted Rumple to be the best version of himself that he could be. They both made choices based wanting something good for the other person and not necessarily selfish reasons. That is why True Love’s Kiss worked in their case. Same thing with Snowing. They showed repeatedly that the other’s happiness meant more than their own, but when it was time to fight for each other they didn’t back down. They went after it full force.

I’m definitely envious of that red dress. Wow…just wow. She did a great job as young Cora. But that red dress was definitely something else. I want to kidnap the costume designers so they can create all of my wardrobe. I wonder how my preschoolers would react to me showing up to work in a ball gown. 😆 They’d probably love it.

Back to Cora. I hate to see Rumple connect with someone other than Belle, being a devout Rumbeller, but boy did they sizzle together on screen. But then Robert does the same ith Lana…or any female he’s on set with. 😀

This conversation brings to mind the song by the group Little Texas called “What Might Have Been”. The story is about a couple separated and coming together once more, but realizing maybe it’s better to leave everything in the past and move on. Is it really worth it to pick back up again or should you move on to other things.

    What Might Have Been

    “What Might Have Been”

Sure I think about you now and then, but it’s been a long, long time
Well I’ve got a good life now, I moved on
So when you cross my mind

I try not to think about what might have been
Cause that was then and we have taken different roads
    We can’t go back again
    There’s no use giving in
And theres no way to know what might have been

We can sit and talk about this all night long and wonder why we didn’t last
Yes, they might be the best days we will ever know
But we’ll have to leave them in the past

So try not to think about what might have been…

Same old look in your eyes,
    It’s a beautiful night
    I’m so tempted to stay
But too much time has gone by
We should just say goodbye and turn and walk away

Try not to think about what might have been…

No we’ll never know what might have been.

Let’s hope our SwanThief/SwanFire has a better ending. We might not know what might have been, but there still is “what may be”. 😎

Where do people get that Peter Pan ended up with Wendy’s granddaughter? He never settles down and comes back to the future generations of girls in Wendy’s family to go take the place of “Mother” before they grow up.

As you look at Wendy, you may see her hair becoming white, and her figure little again, for all this happened long ago. Jane is now a common grown-up, with a daughter called Margaret; and every spring cleaning time, except when he forgets, Peter comes for Margaret and takes her to the Neverland, where she tells him stories about himself, to which he listens eagerly. When Margaret grows up she will have a daughter, who is to be Peter’s mother in turn; and thus it will go on, so long as children are gay and innocent and heartless.

    –J. M. Barrie, Peter Pan

I think that K&H hit it on the head as was stated previously that he thought that door was closed. He really never thought he’d ever have a chance with her, again, so he went on with his life. All the relationships lately are going back to what Eddie and Adam keep saying about true love vs. other types of love and making certain decisions.

More good news for Hook fans! Last two episodes of the sesaon are titled Second Star to the Right, and Straight On Till Morning! We’re going to Neverland!

Can we keep him there? 😕 😎

I’m not a Hook fan at all, but the good thing about this show is that it doesn’t just revolve around one character. If it started to turn into “The Hook Show” I’d probably not be as interested. Nothing to do with the actor. He’s fine, I just dislike the character. But the show is an ensemble with multiple storylines going on. If you don’t like Rumbelle, then just fast forward through their scenes and something else will pop up in the next scene. If Snowing is your OTP, then enjoy everytime they’re on the screen.

The show will always revolve in some way around the five main adult characters and Henry. It’s still ultimately a story about “the curse to end all curses” and then “the final battle will begin.” We’re just taking a wandering path to get there.

But there is still the missing piece of how he knew that Neal was Bae. He might have known all about Bae and the dagger, but how would he know that Bae was going by the alias Neal and where to find him. Someone had to have given him additional information about Neal in our world. There is no way August would have figured out Bae was going by the name Neal in our world without help after the curse was enacted.

Phee, I think you’re probably correct, but someone had to tell August in our world who Neal was. He didn’t go looking up in the White Pages Baelfire and it cross-referenced, “See Neal Cassidy”. Someone told him that Neal was Bae. There is no way he could have figured that out on his own without help.

It all comes back to the Blue Fairy. She made preparations so I’m thinking she knew who she was the whole time. Even Gold didn’t know his true identity until he heard Emma’s name.

Wow! So now we know that AWB’s typewriter is BIG though at times might seem LITTLE, it’s metallic RED because it’s SHINY and it’s company’s make must be called MYSTERY!

Jane, what the heck were you tweeting when you said what’s inside is “big………red…….shiny……mystery” and then later “little……..shiny……….mystery”

    LOL!

Someone should tweet Jane and see just what the heck she meant. I could understand if she said it aloud because “red” and “read” are homonyms and it is something that was “read”. But she tweeted it, didn’t she?

    We need answers, Jane!
