Bee, I had same thought! It’s so great that he’s getting along with the cast now. For so long it seemed like he was being punished in time-out while the others got to go out and play. Now he’s tweeting and throwing obscenities at Robert Carlyle like one of the gang. If that isn’t proof that he fits in, I don’t know what is.

I squee’d that he tweeted JMo. All we need now is a Jared to comment, but then maybe it’s too delicate for his little ears. 😆 Evidently, a majority of the cast is involved in this little soup war. I love how they do their own tweets. So many celebrities have publicists do them, that it’s refreshing to see candid tweets from people who seem to like each other.

I can’t imagine Pennsylvania having any significance. We’re not that exciting of a state outside of football and hockey…and lots and lots of woods. I wrote in the “Initial Reactions” thread that there really is no link that I can recall with The Wizard of Oz. I live in PA and the biggest thing I can think of is that he’s from Lancaster, which I can’t remember where I read that, and that the town is in the middle of the state, full of Amish people, and most people mispronounce it. I do know that PA has a lot of German decendents which might tie in with the Grimm brothers.

I’m thinking the plate is connected to Peter Pan. The 2k seems like take or took so the theory of it being “take flight” might make sense.

I live in Pennsylvania and I can’t think of any connection to the Wizard of Oz and PA. The only hidden meaning behind the state is that the name translates to “Penn’s Woods”. Every school age child learns that very early on in history class. We have lots and lots of woods in PA. I think the state is still 3/4ths woodland.

I think the plate is in reference somehow to Peter Pan. I know Eddy and Adam said Peter wouldn’t be making an appearance this season, but that doesn’t mean his counterpart might not. Although it would be very “circle of life” to make Neal be Peter Pan, I think he’d be more suited to being a Lost Boy.

I’ve been wracking my brain and it seems like 2K is maybe “took” so maybe “took flight” is the real meaning. But then again I’m crappy at deciphering vanity plates.

I do think it has meaning. I also think we’ll come back to August’s bike having a Kansas plate. I can’t remember, but did he have his bike in “Tallahassee”? Was the same plate on it? I no longer have my recording of the episode so I can’t look back. I think the Kansas thing is going to be coming eventually. I thought awhile ago that Eddy and Adam said that August’s story wasn’t over. We need some type of resolution.

ohh I hope we get to see Regina’s outfits again, they are so amazing!

Oh, I got to say that the costume department deserves every award there is for costume and design…however we know shows like Downton Abbey, a show I do like, wins every time.

I loved the little vignette in the DVDs about Belle and everyone talking about costuming. It was fascinating about how they didn’t want traditional “fairytale” costumes, but something with an edge. A fairytale couture. I think they’ve acheived that in spades. As much as Regina is deliciously evil and so easy to hate, she absolutely rocks those skin tight dresses.

Like it’s been said, I don’t think Rumple had loved anything but Belle in all those years, but there is a world of difference between love and lust. Three hundred years is a long time and it makes you wonder if he really was chaste all that time. I can see Cora being attracted to his power. Kind of like Bellatrix lusted after Voldemort, despite being married and Voldemort having no nose or soul.

I really have a sneaking suspicion that Regina is Gold’s daughter from an affair with Cora. But to reconcile his love of Bae and hatred of Regina, I don’t really think he knows that Regina is his. It’s all so twisted, but just think how weird Henry’s family tree would become. Regina could end up being Henry’s adoptive mother, step-great grandmother, and aunt. 😛

I have faith in Gold’s love for Belle, but I’m just totally terrified of Cora.

I was hoping for her writting Manhattan, but it may be a bit too early for her to get another episode after this one. But she does know how to write Rumplestiltskin.

She writes all my favorite episodes, but if Gold starts up with Cora, I’ll never be able to forgive her. In the present, that is, because I have a sneaking suspicion that they had an affair in the past.

Ooooh what picture is that? Rumpel with the cup by her bedside? I wanna see.

We talked about it in “The Cricket Game” promo thread, I think. It was a small pixellated picture that almost everyone thought was fake because of Gold’s position. The person who posted it swore it was real and we’d know it eventually. It really did look fake, but I think it’s real. His position looks like he’s sitting down as it’s taken and sometimes when you do still photos from video you get some really weird pics out of it.

My heart is still broken. And the Canadian promo just smashed it to smithereens. I mean, really, did the writers have to go there? Next week is going to be h-e-double hockey sticks.

Hmmm….I love the thought that Rumple got Henry Sr.’s family’s kingdom as a result of Cora and their deal. Did anyone realize that the table in “Stable Boy” in Henry’s and Cora’s house is the same table that’s in Rumple’s castle in “Skin Deep”? Coincidence, a reason behind it, or just the prop department reusing things to save on money?

I’ve got the nugget that Rumple is Regina’s father in my head and I just can’t shake it out of there now.

I love how most of us are freaking out about the Gold/Cora kiss. I just can’t even…

I, too, think True Love’s Kiss doesn’t work because she doesn’t know him yet, like Charming and Snow in “Heart of Darkness”. But at least we know the picture we went on about being fake or real of Gold holding the chipped cup at Belle’s hospital side is probably true now. My heart is just destroyed by this show. I hope you’re happy, Eddie, Adam and all the other Once writers.

I know I’m going to get hate for this, but I still have no feelings for Hook. No sympathy, no pity, nothing. I just feel nothing for him. I can see that he wanted Gold to kill him to be reunited with Milah, and yeah, he threw the library fight to distract Gold, but just like Regina and Daniel, another controversial thing, I really didn’t feel anything. At least bringing Daniel back from the dead did get me to see that she did love him and I felt a little stirring for feeling that Stable Boy didn’t produce, but after this episode and “The Crocodile” I fear I’ll just never have any feelings for Hook. Weird thing is I don’t even have anger toward him, even though I’m a huge Rumbelle fan.
