You know, looking back on those SF moments we had not one freaking kiss in present day. Hugs, exchanged ‘I love you’s as he’s being flushed once again down a bean hole, but no kiss. No cheek kiss in greeting. Not even a tender touch of lips on his forhead as he is dying in her arms. I come from a family of kissers. You say hello and goodbye by cheek kissing at least.
This just for some reason suddenly frustrates me greatly.

Gladiators are convinced it’s Scandal, Dawsey fans are convinced it’s Chicago Fire, etc. Realistically, without further information we can’t say for certain that it is one show over another. Ultimately, only time will tell who the Blind Item is about.
And even if it isn’t about Once that doesn’t negate the possibility of a pregnancy on this show.

It’s the last one of the front-runners for this Blind Item to come back with new episodes and if no other pregnancies pop up on the screen then it’s Once. Most of the other shows come back in January so hopefully we won’t have to wait forever.

JosephineParticipantMy leaf scarf. It needs aggressively blocked. (Yes, I block practically everything I knit. It’s magical). Then after it’s all blocked I’ll sew the ends and turn it into an infinity scarf.
I think this Berry and Bramble Cardigan will be my next project if I can find my back issue of Interweave Knits. I’ve been meaning to start it for quite some time and it was either this or a pair of socks but I think this will be next.

JosephineParticipantI love you crocheters, “I’m going to make a poncho today.” Meanwhile, it would take me a few months to complete a poncho unless is was very bulky yarn knit on large needles. 😉 I can see the time aspect being a huge road block for crocheters who want to learn to knit. It’s like going from a race car to a bicycle.
I want to see the stitch clay markers. I usually just buy the cheap plastic ones from Walmart or the craft store. I have tiny circles all around the house, in my couch cushions, and I’ve even found a stray one in my car.
I’m in the process of making my needle organizer. When it’s done I will post pictures. I can’t remember if I mentioned it on the last page, but it’s a three ring zippered binder with lots of pockets and things to store the majority of my knitting instruments. Straight needles, which I don’t use and haven’t for years, can go in a vase if I ever find them since they’re too long to fit in it. Some of the straight ones have been used for other things around the house and never returned.

JosephineParticipantFOOOOODDD…..I’m so full. So much sugar in two days. I need detox.
Hope you all had a Merry Christmas, ate too much, and are now passed out on the couch in a food coma.
Debating on whether to go shopping in the morning tomorrow. I don’t need anything, but interested to see if any good sales are going on. Anyone venturing out?

December 24, 2014 at 12:05 pm in reply to: TVLine Dec 12: Blind Item (A Baby) (CONFIRMED: NOT ONCE) #293977JosephineParticipantMy Christmas wish for this show is that this Blind Item has absolutely NOTHING to do with Once.
*holds hands in prayer*
I would howl in laughter (and cry a little) if this Blind Item has nothing to do with Once at all but we still get a baby. Belle having a bun in the oven would be angsty. Her husband is full on evil, she kicked him over the line, and she’s pregnant. 😉
On the next upside on …. As the Magical Worlds Turn.

JosephineParticipantLol, Watcher. I haven’t heard that phrase in a long time. You are a hoot and too bad about that particular type of friendship for you. 😛
I don’t know if I’ve ever met a Marvin. I remember watching Marvin the Martian who wanted to take over the world on Looney Tunes but that’s about it.

JosephineParticipantThe hat is beautiful, RG.
I wonder about the quality control on Unforgettable. I was reading the other day some reviews on it and some people hated it and some people had no problems with it. Uneven yarn would be horrible for knitting. Totally throw off gauge. If I were to use it, it certainly wouldn’t be for a large project.
I’ve been lusting after some Noro yarn for a long time. I think it comes from Japan. It’s expensive no matter the variety but the colorways are always just so beautiful. However, I’ve read so many complaints about bits of twig and straw spun into the fibers. If I’m spending a lot on a skein, that thing better be pretty flawless.
I wish I had a LYS accessible near me. There are some down in the city and by looking at the map they look doable, but in reality they just aren’t a feasible trip, especially in winter. Maybe this summer I’ll venture into parts unknown and go search some out. I had the same problems with dollhouse miniature stores. When I got into the hobby there were still a few around. But the last small mom and pop store that I’d go to an hour away closed up because the couple retired. It’s just easier to buy off the internet. But sometimes you’d like to see product in person before buying.

JosephineParticipantThe Voice is going to film in Storybrooke and someone named Feinberg is going to be a contestant. But it all goes to pot when the audience starts throwing eggs at him when he starts to sing offkey.
There, I solved the riddle.
