I kind of get where she’s coming from actually. When you think of “witches” in our real world you think of Wiccans. However, she’s laid out a world of witches and wizards that is not similar to that religion. So because Wiccans are the most closely associated with real-world witchcraft, that’s why she singled it out.

JosephineParticipantI bought two bottles of wine today…and I don’t drink……normally. 😉
My Christmas shopping is done. Â (I give gift cards to everyone so that was easy and done in minimal time today). Â I had a lot of foodstuffs to buy though because I am making a desert and a side dish and chocolate covered caramel apples, too, for Christmas. Â The majority of my food spending goes to sugar. Â I have to stop that in the new year
I think I’m one of the few in this thread that actually still watch the show, and I watch it live, too. Â (Somebody give me a medal. Â RG deserves one, too. Â We go through torture on Sunday nights.) Â But despite the fact that I still watch on Sunday nights and am still in love with Bobby Carlyle, I have no faith in the writers and don’t expect Neal to ever come back. Â Actually, Adam’s tease makes me even more certain that man is never showing up on my screen in Once again. Â And if he did come back the character as we knew him would never recognize the others in their Pod! personas. Â
am watching the seasons again until 3×15 (I’m not going beyond there anymore unless I have strong reasons)
For me the series ended with the Floof Family hug in 3×10.  That moment was the ending of the series for me.  I keep watching but that is where canon for me is done. 😉  I easily live in a world of my own.  😛

JosephineParticipantI have internet now! Â Yippeeeee.
As for the spoiler
With the way the season has been going and the retconning, I wouldn’t be shocked if they change it to where Neal came up with the plan to turn Emma in to the police himself.

JosephineParticipantNo internet at home. Â I’m going stir crazy and it’s been only one night. Â I keep getting an error message that my Username or Password is incorrect yet they are correct. Â It was working one minute, I went go fix dinner and came back and I was disconnected and can’t reconnect since. Â I am lost. Â Maybe I’ll do some writing tonight if I still can’t connect. Â Or just go insane.

JosephineParticipantGuess what I have an ad for at the top of the page. 😉
I’ll give you a clue: DSB had five cases of them sitting at her work and you have to keep certain implements away from them . 😛 I had to share that with you guys.

JosephineParticipantOh, Belle totally did the brave thing. Â She’s fantastic. Â I hope the townspeople appreciate her more than they do. The rabid Rumbelle fan in me had her heart broken, but the Belle fan in me was cheering because the relationship at this point is toxic.
I remember reading a book once, and I can’t remember what it was since I read so many, but what stuck out was the main character had a major upheaval in his life, a revelation about his relationship with this other person, and he talked about his life being a building that collapsed. Â It was built on a weak foundation, but now that it had crumbled he could take those same bricks and rebuild his structure with a solid foundation and sturdy walls. Â That really stuck with me and that is exactly the point Belle, and the Rumbelle relationship, is at right now. Â If, when, they get back together they can rebuild their relationship constructed on a better foundation than what was there.

JosephineParticipantI hate to make predictions at all because I don’t trust the writers anymore. Â That being said I think it’s good for Belle to finally stand up for herself. Â Maybe she’ll actually get some screen time and decent material. And Bobby and Emilie were the best thing going this season in that scene.
I wonder how far gone he’ll be when he gets back with his ….minions (I’ve been calling them a deragatory word other places). Â Will Henry also be a target for his revenge? Will he not care he still has a blood relative? Â Will he turn his wrath on Belle? Â I won’t be surprised at all if he threatens her when they come back or she’s included in the threat. Â I don’t think Rumbelle is dead, I just don’t think we’ll see them together this season, and possibly part of the next. Â The writers and Bobby himself just love him being evil too much and you can’t have Evil Rumple with Belle being his conscious whispering in his ear to be a better man.
I’m not expecting it, but I wouldn’t be shocked that Belle finds out she`s pregnant and that’s what pulls him out of his evil funk (and no I don’t want to discuss Lana’s posssible preganancy here..thats for other threads, not this one). Â Or if you really want to get depressing, if they want to keep Rumbelle apart forever they can kill Belle off. Â She’s never been more than a peripheral character anyway and kiling her off wouldn’t significantly alter the show in terms of actual screen time. Â And it would really mess with Rumple even more.
Or he can resurrect Bae and Baevil and Rumple can evilly torture the citizens of Storybrooke. 😉

JosephineParticipantMaybe we should have a separate thread for “The Librarians” since we have one for Murder, Shield, Grimm, and other shows.

JosephineParticipantI’ve seen the Librarian movies before years ago and just caught the last 45 minutes of the second episode but I was kind of lost. I will have to rewatch it.  They reair the shows at different times through the week  so I’ll try to catch them then because I want to get into Gallivant on January 4th which airs in the same time slot.
How can you not want to watch Gallivant!  It has singing, satire, Mel Brook crossed with Monty Python vibes….and John Stamos.  (That man has a deal with the devil because he just gets better with age.)  Plus I have a subversive  hope about its ratings. 😉
