Okay, so here is a peak into my stash. It’s so unorganized and all over the house. This is some of the stuff in my living room. I still have some stuffed away in bags in the corner that I have to pull out. Then I have my upstairs stuff. I really need a more reliable method of storage than strewn around every room in the house. 😉 In total this maybe be a quarter to a third of my yarn I’m guesstimating.

KP, I got the same Serenity Garden yarn in Gems and a few other colors. It’s discontinued and I’ve been eyeing it up. I made my Clapotis scarf in the Hibiscus colorway and I bought two skeins of three others.
Very nice blanket. It will keep him nice and warm.
Still working on mine. Hope to be finished with its knitting tomorrow.

I went back today to Joann’s because my 50% off coupons were about to expire tomorrow and got more sock yarn. I got four skeins, two of two different colorways. Tomorrow I plan to corral my downstairs stash and then divide it up into bags by weight and/or fiber. That’s my plans, the likelihood of it actually happening are slim.

I think, besides the glaringly obvious death slot against The Big Bang Theory (#1 show on tv, anyone?), that Wonderland suffered from too much CGI and it was tied too much to the Aladdin tale for the general audience. It seemed like a mishmash of a tale from Arabian Nights and Alice. If you were in the general audience and not part of the online fandom, some of the things just didn’t make sense or were glossed over with no explanation. That said, I ended up enjoying it even though I only watched in the first days because everyone else was and live chatting it.
There is a reason that the mother show should never get rid of Storybrooke. You lose that foothold into reality and people drift off. The draw of this show is that these characters are straddling two worlds and trying to make peace with their situation.
The real truth of why it failed, though, was there was no Rumplestiltskin. 😈 Bobby Carlyle makes everything better. (And nobody was related to Henry).

I bought yarn today. *she says like it’s a confession* I will add that I had two 50% off coupons and it ended up costing me only $4 for two skeins. And it’s discontinued so if I wanted the colorway I had to buy it or I’d never get it. Tempted to buy more but I resisted. I still have one or two more 50% off coupons that are good for a few more days. I’ll probably head back over and get more. I’m weak.
At least it’s cheaper, usually (but not always) than building dollhouses. That’s not an inexpensive hobby by any means.
