Okay, as someone who has lost a number of people in my immediate family, I do know that every waking moment isn’t consumed by the loss. It’s always there simmering, but even as you’re going through funeral and preparations you have to have distractions. Otherwise, you’ll go insane. Although I’m extremely angry about the dagger/Zelena situation, Rumple proposing and marrying Belle makes sense. Losing someone gives you sense of what you have. So if he’s marrying Belle instead of constantly haunting Neal’s grave, I’m find it believable.
Plus, too much of this show happens off-screen. We don’t know what he’s done storywise that we’re never told. I’ve always said that Eddy and Adam shouldn’t have to NEED a podcast to explain their show. That’s lazy writing if you need clarification outside the source material. We might like additional information but we shouldn’t need it.
As for blame….I’m not pointing fingers. Woulda, shoulda, coulda. When it comes down to it, it’s just a tv show and Adam and Eddy decide the plot, not the characters. When it all comes down to it, I do get very angry with this show, but with the writers, not the characters.

I have nothing to base this on, but I have a feeling she’s going to be connected to Belle in some way. Sister/mother/cousin/etc, I don’t know.
I just have this niggling feeling it will be Belle she’ll have some kind of connection with.

I made Chocolate Dump Cake tonight. If you love chocolate you must make this.
Chocolate Dump Cake
- 1 chocolate boxed cake mix
- 1 small package chocolate pudding
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Prepare the pudding with the milk according to package directions. Add the cake mix (just the dry mix–don’t add anything else) and stir well to combine. Batter will be thick.
Smooth batter into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Scatter chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until edges pull away from sides.
I used 2 cups of milk like the box of pudding said and it was the cook-and-serve, not the instant. I also used about half the chocolate chips called for. Turned out very chocolaty and fantastic. Great served with vanilla ice cream.

And they’ve now announced that Disney is making a live action “Beauty and the Beast”! I guess they’re going through their vault and redoing shows. It will be me in the theater yelling at the screen, “That is NOT Rumplestiltskin or Bobby Carlyle! How dare they!” 😉
So far they have 101 Dalmatians, Maleficent, Cinderella and now Beauty and the Beast. We’re in for a long trend, my friends.

No wonder Belle kept her coat on! Wonder what Daddy Mo thought of it. 😛 Haunt the Rumbelle tag on tumblr and you’ll discover that her dress was see-through on the editing stills that weren’t part of the episode. I wish we could see a better pic than just a glimpse. I think she made have had a chemise on beneath, but this is Belle with a bit of Lacey. Not shocked if she really didn’t have anything else but foundation garments underneath. The skirt though is a woven and is opaque.
As for the wedding itself, I liked the actual wedding. It was very them. The outfits, the hat, it just all fit for me. Count me as one, though, who didn’t care for the other couples inter-cut with the ceremony. I’ve been a major Rumbeller since Skin Deep and it just rubbed me a bit the wrong way. But we all have our opinions.
