In the book, the wicked Witch of the West enslaved and controlled the winged monkeys with a golden cap. Maybe Walsh is really an okay guy but he’s being controlled by the witch. So by the end the enchantment over him is lifted and he’s a nice man once again. 😉

I loved all of the “our’s scattered throughout the episode. I will admit to a brief fear when Snow said they were taking back the castle and then said Regina was coming with them.
Charming was Rumple’s wingman, now Snow is going to be Regina’s. 😆

Hook: Snow and the queen settled their differences. Frankly, I was bored. I had a life to get back to–a pirate’s life.
Emma: Glad to see you haven’t changed.
Hook: There wasn’t anything for me in the Enchanted Forest. Why would I stay? All was well…until I got a message, a message saying that there was a new curse and that everyone had been returned to Storybrooke. The message told me that the only hope was you.
So going by the dialogue (taken from closed captioning) Hook wasn’t with the others when they came back to Storybrooke. So he had to come to our world by another means. He needed a portal of some kind. So counting off what we know as portals he could have come by:
- curse
- bean
- mermaid
- flying monkey
- shadow
So….how did the pirate get to our world. He had to be working with someone for the potion and the portal.

I wonder how Henry will react to Neal, not having his memories and all. Will Emma tell him that’s his father? Curse Henry doesn’t seem to have a high opinion of his birth dad. Are we in for angst and heartache?
