If SB survives, they can use the cuttings that Regina saved to grow more beans. They apparently don’t take nearly so long to grow here as in the EF.

A thought occurred to me (I think WAY too much about Once…): If, in fact, Neal is discovered by Mulan and Aurora in some fashion, then they can use the netherworld to communicate the fact that Neal’s alive to Henry and/or the Charmings. They haven’t touched that for ages, but the ability DOES still exist. Suppose Henry wakes up from a dream communication with Aurora and runs to Gold to let him know that Bae’s alive (but in whatever danger)?

I think that, like Emma, Rumple felt the truth of what happened to Bae’s missing parent would be too painful for Bae. Rumple may have only suspected that Milah left willingly, but for her to have left Bae at all was more painful than to tell Bae that she was dead. Maybe he was trying to convince himself of that. Likewise, Emma was trying to move on from Neal and didn’t want Henry to know that both of his bioparents were less than honorable people at one point–she wanted him to have heroes to look up to, and felt like she wasn’t good enough to be that hero–and Neal-who-left-her-to-be-arrested certainly wasn’t.

If only she’d known the whole truth, she might have made different choices; Rumple, though, probably would have stuck with saying that Milah was dead.

There are so many loose ends they have to tie up–or at least satisfactorially suspend for S3–this Sunday. I believe they can do it but I’m baffled as to how they will.

I do think that Rumple accepting blame and not passing it off to others is a real sign of change in him, though. Every other time we’ve seen him dealing with stuff, he passes on the blame that we know is aimed at himself to someone else–the BF, the Seer, Milah, Hook, Moe, Regina, Keith–but this time, he tells the Charmings that it’s his fault. And that he’s ready to accept the price.

He’s still not making the right choices and I think Belle and Henry are going to have to make him see that somehow, but at least he’s not passing on the blame.

Ok. Thinking about things. If it’s NOT TLK that brings Belle back, then I want it to be Henry. I don’t know how, but Henry’s got to get to Grandpastiltskin SOMEHOW and that’s going to be a lot stronger than even being Bae’s son, considering the prophecy.

She told Rumple that HE knew she couldn’t in Lacey, though. She has control over the cursed personalities, but she can’t get rid of them. If she could, she might have reverted Rumple back in Welcome to Storybrooke because she was unhappy with how the curse was going.

I don’t think Regina has that power.

And I’m still on the verge of weeping over his reaction to losing Bae again. He needs hugs!

One of the sneak peaks show the Charmings (and Gold actually called them that! It’s canon!) telling Gold there’s something they have to tell him. I’m pretty sure Emma wouldn’t let anyone else tell Henry though. Gold’s reaction though…it’s going to either kill everyone in the nearby vicinity or kill us all with feels.
