ParticipantI agree that it is likely going to be in the season finale. The birth probably does come first, and just as they sigh with relief this other tragedy happens. That is the pattern, I think. ABC may tease that there are deadly plans or that a sinister foe etc for other episodes but I do think it is in the finale, maybe the end of 321 so midway through the 2 hours.
Also we do not seem to know who is in studio. We know who has been seen filming outdoors, so that does imply those people are safe up to that point but we do not know the sequence within the episode if there is any studio filming.
I am ready for it to be anything. The only thing I hope is they can manage to write it well enough that it is touching not just shocking. If it feels like “twist for the sake of it” and tossing aside the bigger themes of hope, second chances and family, it is really going to be difficult to muster the enthusiasm to keep watching. Fairytales do have danger, but what I like is the glimmer that things can get better if we hang onto our hope.

ParticipantI originally wanted a one-off story, that would be complete, and that’s what WL was supposed to be.
I want Jafar, his father and the Jabberwocky trapped as genies, taking the place of the brothers. Amara “dies” in the well, returning the water. Jafar was a great villain, and I enjoyed him being cold and cruel and never felt that bad for him because I think he and the Sultan are a pair. I don’t think the Sultan has some “greater good” in mind, he just wants to win and Jafar wants to win so he can get the best revenge.
I do want answers on how Jafar survived being drowned.
Other than that, whatever they want to write far as a happy ending for Cyrus and Alice, plus with Will, with or without Ana, would like him to go back to SB so he can pop up on OUAT.

ParticipantThere is a retcon flavor to it, but I paid my cookies and a freaky red/green supposedly natural apple early.
That’s the thing with this show. I was musing earlier today about WL actually and how off that whole thing is with Will’s heart hidden inside his apartment . Maybe he hid it after regaining his memories, but where and what did he think that thing was before that!? “Oi, bloody hell what an ugly paperweight!”.
These small details are things we fans can put a little imagination into fixing, and its a lot of the fun of these boards sure, but I understand the frustration too of quite so many things that need fixing. Let’s hope the show explains some of it.

ParticipantI don’t think any true love breaks it as Snowing could kiss at any moment, something special about what happened with Emma and Henry, and I agree Regina and Henry May be what flips it.
Emma did not get Memory potion to believe in Season 1, so perhaps Henry will figure it out. I am not sure how it will affect him. it is Hard to guess.

ParticipantI said elsewhere it might be odd if the same as there is magic in the town. The original curse did not create magic but Rumple modified it with True Love potion. So I thinkZelena or someone deactivated SB from Regina’s curse.

ParticipantNeal did know about Blood-magic, but then it sounds like a concept that is just part of knowing about the fairy-tale world. The shoes reference though was a bit more odd.
I forget if this thread but the globe that Cora gave Rumple and the crystal ball are two different magical items. Rumple might have magically transported the globe off Hook’s ship after they returned from NL, but then with the reverse-curse, it probably wound up in the Dark Castle, which is where the crystal ball is.
I wonder if we will see either of these objects soon, and if so, if these items have a tie to Zelena, even if Neal himself doesn’t. Cora got this globe from somewhere, and it sounded sort of legendary–what if Zelena had it and wants it back?

ParticipantInteresting point. I think the idea of blood ties bleeding through fits very much, on the very twisted family tree.

ParticipantI avoided spoilers for Wl. I do not connect with it so much, but I did think the last two were better. It is funny that way, but I did not feel sad or happy or anything for the characters. I Spent more time wondering why Cora did not just rip out Ana’s heart to control her. Cora and her frenemyships….she is such a fun character.

ParticipantOh that would make sense Golden Key about the Poppy tea.
Poppy of course is the source for Opium /heroin–oh that Wicked Zelena. She’s running a drug cartel!

ParticipantHm interesting Golden Key. I did always wonder about Johanna telling Snow in private, and yet somehow Cora knew Snow was seeking out the BF. Did Eva ever have the BF’s ear or was it all a Cora trick from the start?
