How about cake…but then, the cake is a lie. *cookies*

TLK won’t work I think this time because pun aside Lacey really is a golddigger–the girl who commits to the sugardaddy just for the material things, not out of love. She said that bit about forever but I also think she wants to manipulate Rumpel . The way he treats her also bugs me a little–telling her to go to the shop or that he has business to discuss. While I was glad she had enough spunk not to exactly do as she was told it does make it seem like she has her own agenda.

Yes, it seems more obvious that the person shown in the picture would be the person who inspires Tamara to be anti-magic. Then again, there’s more of the fake-out factor if we find out as she talks about the lady in the picture being the one who raised her, because her own parents died because of the “cause” started by her other grandmother.

Now I’m starting to wonder something else….could Jefferson be in any way connected to the Home Office? He lost his wife because of his job (realm hopping). Could the HO have caught her? I know we won’t see him any time soon –but it would be a great way to bring him back into the storyline next year.

As Snow told Charming–you can have more than one (grandmother).

What if that woman in the picture is say her father’s side, but her maternal grandmother is Wendy?

I think it is pretty certain she did do that. Much as we are tempted to sympathize with Regina again and again, they do keep showing us how brutal and truly evil she actually is. She had the whole village killed in FTL just because they wouldn’t tattle on Snow.
Apparently, while Evil isn’t born but made, once made, evil makes more evil.

Someone was joking about Tamara being related to Torquemada, of the Spanish Inquisition (SI). A modern day SI perhaps? 😮

    “No one expects the SI!”

If they’re going to mash up some Monty Python, can we get a killer bunny?

Wendy was only there one night I thought, but she says it seemed longer to her. Bae slept by the window and she came back in the morning.

I don’t think Wendy was deceitful–she did break a promise of course, not to go with the Shadow in the first place, but I think when it brought her back, she was truthful about what happened. So that still leaves us with why it didn’t want to keep her there.

This makes me rethink the “Rumpel had something to do with the Shadow to search for Bae” theory or the “Shadow is looking for its owner” theory. In PP, Peter goes searching for his shadow so if they are flipping it around, it could make sense the shadow, whether or not Rumpel put it up to that, is looking for Bae.
That though leaves me with this question–why did Bae fall in the water? Did he force the shadow to let him go? Because if he was its target, for those 2 theories above, then something else might have happened like they merged or it took him to a portal . So I think there’s now something else going on there unless Bae escaped actively.

Lord of the Flies cross over?

Just kidding, that would be terrible.

I said this in another thread but we have no idea where the Home Office is or what GOAT might want to do with the last 2 beans they have. Because of the leaked pic and the episode title, and that we really want to see NL we are all assuming our Heroes get one bean and GOAT use the other to go to NL. What if they don't? Perhaps we go to the world from which the Home Office really operates?

GOAT are shown as ruthless yes, but I’m not sure they are crazy/evil either. They aren’t hurting innocents because they are angry or enjoy seeing others miserable, but because they want to contain the damage they believe magic inevitably causes. As the audience, we think that’s not a fair assessment, that magic itself isn’t to blame, just the people making bad choices with how they use it. Unfortunately, Regina is the example Greg has to go on so he isn’t going to have second thoughts.

I’m less sure it is connected to “survivors of curse abductees” like Igor now too because of GOAT saying Magic had tried to invade before. So it sounds like a world without magic grown movement. But….What if the H.O. is actually from another world, one that used science to get to the Land without Magic, more advanced technology than our world has–and GOAT are not taking Henry to Neverland—but somewhere else. Why do we assume they are going to NL just because they are using a bean?.
