ParticipantThe “powers that be” for this show certainly are pretty cagey about everything, probably because they are creating plots that go beyond just the romantic subplots. So I can see it go a lot of ways, that Tamara is some ultra-devious schemer who is just pretending to be normal, or that Tamara is normal, but once she finds out about magic is determined to control it, or she is just utterly clueless and it isn’t her voice at all. I’m so bad at comparing voices that I thought it was the guy who recognized August as Pinnochio at first!

Snow is guilty of murder by association. We all know that it was her manipulation of Regina’s need to feel love which ultimately caused Cora’s death. This one act of manipulation is what caused the whole thing to go down. True she was evil and it gave me chills when she said it. I must say I even loved her playing with the dark arts so to speak.
My point is that Snow is not upset that Cora is dead but for using Regina to actually commit the act. So I guess she will only be able to move on when she accepts why she had to do that. Why it had to be Regina. Which I believe until Regina sees why her mom had to die, Snow will not be able to accept her part in the situation.
I agree that what upsets Snow the most is that she manipulated Regina, but I don’t think Snow is at peace with her decision to use the candle either.
I ‘m not sure what to make of the phrase “murder by association”. Are you suggesting Snow’s use of Regina somehow gives her less guilt for killing Cora than if she had done it herself? If you put a bomb in a suitcase, but have a courier who is unaware of the contents deliver it to your target, you would still be guilty of murder. As long as the courier had no reason to know about the bomb, then the courier is not guilty of murder or even as an accomplice. So if anything, had Snow delivered the heart herself she would have felt less guilt over it, because she would not have manipulated Regina to accomplish it.
Even if the only way to stop Cora was the candle, Charming was right, Snow should not have done it. There was too much history there, and Snow’s motives were mixed in her mind. She did want to defend her family, but she was also upset about her mother and Johanna.
I agree that Snow feels that she needs to resolve things with Regina, but I don’t think she has to convince Regina that Cora had to die or that Regina had to be the one to deliver the heart unknowingly. Snow has to convince herself that Cora’s death was not about vengeance but about protecting everyone.

ParticipantWe also did not get a conversation where Emma explained the adoption thing. Maybe it means the writers felt there would not be enough interesting drama in any of those scenes, compared to you know, people fireballing each other over magic daggers and old feuds.

ParticipantI actually got more of a what could have been vibe for the father Kurt, up until of course, he did not want to stay. Not that Regina was into him as she was Graham, but maybe she was thinking “instant family unit’. He wouldn’t be the first widower she’d married to get something else after all!

ParticipantThat’s an interesting scenario. I think they are less likely to try it out given Belle, but then again, Belle didn’t choose to lose her memories. Still, I think they want to play out Snow forging a new identity for herself since she can no longer see herself as the “purest heart”.

ParticipantWhy do people think the voice at the end is Tamara rather than the healer? It seemed to make sense to me as something a mystic healer might say to someone he could not cure.

ParticipantI also hope not! She was responding to him as a mother. She’s been shown before to want children in FTL (Gretel ).
For Greg’s part, I don’t think he would think of her that way. He has to be wondering why she did not let his Dad go. I am guessing he is pretty damaged and angry, but he is also cautious and clever enough to play those emotions close to the vest. He doesn’t march right up to her door, for example and demand answers. He knows she has magic too, and that must be pretty scary. I am sure there will be a confrontation with Regina at some point, but it seems like his main goal right now is to rescue his father before the crazy people can capture him too.

Really? Your life in New Jersey is better than staying in a town where you could have a relationship with a beautiful woman who is the major of a town and can give you and your son anything they need? Seriously? Wow. He just sounded like a moron to me
Wha? How would you react if a woman you just met a couple days ago asks you to move your whole life to another state? It’s one thing if Regina said “Hey let’s keep in contact” or something. But…. really, I think that was an appropriate response for the guy. He has a job, a family back in Jersey (we know he has a brother). His kid has grandparents probably. They can’t just up and leave to a new town because some hot mayor asks them to. And let’s not forget that he is still dealing with the loss of his wife.
That’s silly to even think that is normal lol
I agree with Shmacky, Kurt’s reaction is normal, even if Regina weren’t giving out major creepy vibes from the start. He first meets her in the diner where she is freaking out about who’s kid Owen is and then she asks him “Why would you need a hotel room?” Some small towns people may not be friendly, and as the Mayor, maybe she is just uptight around kids, but he had to think she was a bit weird. Plus he saw the green/purple smoke, and a town appear where it did not exist the night before. He did not know WHAT was wrong in the town, but even before he caught her with the heart, he did kind of suspect something was off. He had a lot on his mind already with the death of his wife, so maybe he and Owen did not notice anything else weird (like all the people repeating actions and conversations). We can imagine maybe he did notice some odd things, but even without that, from the scenes we are shown, it is pretty easy to see why he wasn’t jumping at the chance to stay in Storybrooke.

If she acted straight away she might have been able to adopt little Emma 😛
Emma growing up in the town, suspecting her teacher is really her mother and her adopted mother is the Evil Queen? That show could have been on a different network, like the one with Vampire Diaries. I’d still have watched it I admit.
@EvilQueen wrote:Greg is obviously looking for his father and has the trauma of people not believing him – but there must be something else to why he’s filming everything (BTW, it’s just Regina’s luck that everything she magically does, is being recorded!) What is his plan and who is he in touch with from outside SB? Will we ever find out how he actually found the town again? Does he notice that noone in this town has aged?
It is hard to know how much he remembered of what it was like when he was little. I’m sure he remembered some things like Regina. It’s clear the townspeople don’t recognize him as the little boy (curse probably fogged their memories). He has to have noticed some things in the town have changed also (Emma is sheriff, the way they dress.)
So, when he ran into Henry, did he recognize the last name on the backpack (was there one?) How did he get Regina’s number, and why did he call her to warn her Henry was in the woods? Was he testing her to see if she recognized his voice? Did he think Henry was another boy she had kidnapped, as she had almost done to him?

ParticipantThe moments repeated but there were some changes, if you notice the clothes and objects. Snow’s flowers changed for example that she brings to the hospital.
