Rumple needs some magic tinsel.
Love the stills and really think that Rapunzel is a monster like creature and that is why she is kept there.
Maybe like Tangled the hair is what is keeping Zelena young since she was not in the first curse. Then she had to do the curse in order to help her not age. So it served multiple purposes.

I am still thinking the father is Eva’s dad or Henry’s dad. Why bring young Eva and Leo back if they are not involved?
Also, Henry lost his families fortune somehow, I bet it has to do with something Cora did. They could have been blackmailed, maybe by the Wizard or Snows family.
Or brother as in pack brother? Like in The Hangover. They helped raised each other in a harsh world.
But then wouldn’t Regina had slept with family if Graham was WW brother. Maybe son? The timeline is making a mess of everything.
Okay if people are getting picked off and they are by the town line why are people still camping there?
Was the Oz with Franco a Disney film? I can’t remember. If it does hold her youth then we know that Oz doesn’t have a time thing or was frozen due to the curse.
For all we know she grew up with her half sister Eva and then was shipped off as an adult to Oz or ran away when she new she was just a red headed stepchild.
Theory: The necklace is important and holds Rumple. With Rumples power she is able to do the things she is doing. Aurora and Mulan traveled to Oz where lost souls are kept to get Philip back. To get Philip Aurora cut a deal with Zelena ala season one style. Philora now works for WW in order to keep child safe.

I think the curse may have caused something in Oz. It was a chain reaction so to speak. So in a way she was cursed with SB but in Oz.
