what if Bae beats the shadow and becomes the leader of the lost boys? Like maybe he takes ownership of the shadow and learns to control it or something
I definitely think this is where we are headed. At the very least, it will be some sort of confrontation if not total domination of the shadow. Maybe the shadow needs to be reunited with its..what?…owner?…body?…? I think it’s amazing that we may see more of Dylan in future flashbacks! There’s got to be a whole lot of story there. Gosh! I’m so amazed by this episode.

My heart is still trying to process this episode tonight (and trying to recover from Neal falling into the portal after he and Emma declared their love for each other) so I’m barely coherent right now, but if these two people aren’t together in the end living somewhere happily with Henry (and Snow & Charming and other family living nearby), then I will go postal in ways that are NOT HEALTHY. I love these two SO much and I actually love them even more after tonight. Talk about torturing a fanbase though! OMG, it will take me a week to recover from tonight’s episode. 😥
*running off to therapy now because she knows she sounds insane* 😆
I could not have said this better. *cookies?*

I just finished watching it so I am not really coherent right now but oh wow I did not think we were going to get that. I am so happy except for the fact that Bae got whisked away through yet another portal. Please God let it be to the Enchanted Forest. AND the epic body slam! Emma killed this episode!!
Least – Lacey and EvilGold. Yes, I know the conflict between light and darkness is necessary for the plot. I just hate seeing Rumple like that. Also (a close second) – GOAT. GOAT is bad and deluded and just beyond crazy. I don’t feel sorry for Greg anymore. I never felt sorry for Tamara.
laurieanneParticipantThe name he came with!! Once more again perfection!!

Here is another interview that MRJ did just a couple of hours ago for Collider.com
Have you had a favorite moment on the show, for your character? When you think about the experience of Season 2, what stands out for you, as far as what you got to do with him?
RAYMOND-JAMES: Well, I really love the Manhattan episode. I come in to protect Emma, and suck it up and deal with my dad. So, I see him for the first time in hundreds of years, and also find out that I have a son that I didn’t know about. Bobby [Carlyle] put it pretty great, that day when we were shooting. He said, “It’s like you’re waiting for a bus to show up at the bus stop and, all of a sudden, four come at the same time and you’re trying to board all the busses.” That was incredibly fun to try to sift through and make real and find out how that’s going to work out. It was daunting, when you looked at it on the page.
I love this! That’s one of my favorite episodes and it is so interesting to me to see how the actors talk to one another to try and make scenes work. Thanks for posting the interview, Lisa – another great glimpse into MRJ and Bae/Neal.

laurieanneParticipantI love this! Here goes–
I’m Laurie and I’m a 57 year old grandma (Mimi) to two beautiful little boys, Joel (4) and Chase (1). I’ve been married for almost 37 years to the Most Patient Man Alive, and we have two sons, Kevin and Keith and an amazing daughter in law, Carly. We recently relocated from Snoqualmie, WA to move back closer to our southern CA family, including the aforementioned little guys and my 90 year old Daddy. I was born and lived most of my life in southern California. I went back to school in my 30’s(part time because I had young kids at home) and graduated at 43 with my music education/vocal studies degree from Cal State Long Beach. I spent 12 fun-filled years in the classroom, teaching middle school choir, musical theatre and elementary general music. When our younger son Keith became involved in musical theatre, so did I, first as a backstage mom and later as a vocal director and stage director. I’ve since directed or musical directed over 40 shows.I love musical theater but the schedule doesn’t mesh well with my current lifestyle as private voice teacher and SuperMimi. I have around 15 students from 5th grade through high school and I love teaching them so much! I teach all styles but mainly classical and musical theatre. I’m also involved at my church and am a Big Sister (kind of like a mentor) to a beautiful and amazing 12 year old girl named Yared. We have a blast together and it’s seriously one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.I don’t know how to attach photos or you would be treated to a glimpse of two beautiful red-haired boys :). Almost forgot – we have a gorgeous cat named Tabitha.
Rumple Love – Forgot to add this earlier– My grandson Joel was diagnosed with autism this year and has significant speech and language delays. The work you are doing is so important! I would love to pick your brain sometime.
laurieanneParticipantThat makes me sad. Saying goodbye to Storybrooke. But so excited to say hello to Neverland and possibly the present day EF too. I just like the town!

I don’t get why they would say “a town full of people he grew up with”. Only 3 he would know would be his father, Blue and Hook. No one else was around when he was, nearly 300 years ago.
Yes that IS odd. The only thing I could think is that maybe Bae grew up from 14 to 24 in SB while Gold had no idea who he was (and somehow he hid from Regina…..)..but I don’t think that would make much sense. He was trying to get away from magic–why would he go to SB and live there? No one would remember him (other than Regina) because of the “fog” effect, so he would have gone through what Henry did…..
I’m inclined to think it’s an error of reporting.
I agree. I ‘m always surprised when reporters don’t know the ins and outs of this show like everyone on these forums. They know Neal is from FTL but they may not even watch the show!!
laurieanneParticipantLove the new captioned photos!! The Snow and Charming one was perfect. I hope the cat will be safe. 😮
