Pretty sure Neal isn’t a normal guy from our world – the way he handle the question ‘ do you believe in magic?’ has me still thinking this is Baelfire. First thought was the Storybook but really like the idea that it’s the drawing of the dagger – used to manipulate both him and his papa.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure the story is going to turn out being balanced in who broke whose heart – but might be slanted in Tallahassee in Emma’s corner since it’s her backstory and we’ll learn his later on.
Don’t see Bae being ‘evil’ by any means. Emma has kept his car for 10+ years – guessing in the end the love outweighed what happened…not sure if that makes sense.
In a few hours, we may know more to fill in blanks – and probably have a lot of new questions to ask! 😆
Did he have facial hair in the opening for the season? I remember his hair being shorter (less curl) and I think he was clean shaven cause it sort of surprised me to see him like that.
Never mind: he still had facial hair.
It works for him, IMHO. Just like August’s stubble seems to suit him so very well. 😀
I can’t wait for Michael and Robert to start filming together. They’re both very intense actors – but completely nice/humble guys.
Can you guys imagine the tweets that will pass between them?
Maybe, months from now, Robert could even refer to him as ‘son’ in a tweet…. 😮

😥 That’s a pretty harsh reality. And from what we’ve seen of ‘Neal’s’ life in episode 1, seems like he’s made the same conclusion.
“They were definitely kindred spirits,” Morrison says. “There was a reason that she was so drawn to him and him to her. They had to survive to make life OK. There’s an interesting parallel for them that they both are on their own in this world and have had to find inventive ways to make life OK.”
There seem to be a lot of parallels – and with how we find them living their lives in episode 1 of season 1 and 2. If they also have the connection of ‘reason for curse’ and ‘curse-breaker’ – feels like it could work out as well.
I’m in the microscopic minority that thinks this is Jack (the casting call fits into the time frame of MRJ being cast), he’s described as a ‘thief’, Emma mentioned Jack’s story in the 3rd sneak peek as him having either a golden goose or golden harp – he apparently had a golden swan and a yellow bug…I don’t think the Jack story line is going to actually be dealing with giants but more the metaphoric kind. Really rooting for Jack to be Baelfire and his experience in coming over to our world alone – what he had to do to survive.
Oh, and THIS IS SO BAELFIRE!
We may not have confirmation until we start seeing his ‘Henry’s dad’ storyline play out a bit, deal with villains but I’m guessing we’ll know sometime after the mid-season break that he is both Baelfire and Henry’s dad.

I think a time lapse epp would be epic. Mostly because I want to see Bae’s interaction with a bunch of four and five year olds (Henry’s siblings, Bae’s siblings, Emma’s, or maybe all of the above). I have a feeling he would be really good with them. Maybe even pretending to be an ogre so they can pretend to slay him or something. 😛
You have no idea how happy the image of MRJ’s Bae chasing a herd of curly-haired kids around saying, “fee fi fo fum” makes me! 😀
Oh wait, that’s giants!That might have to be my happy thought for after the episode airs, that one day Emma/Bae(Neal) could have that. 😥
Something must be going VERY wrong in Storybrooke if Regina (using magic again?) and Rumple are working together to have Charming contact Snow. And Cora and Hook haven’t arrived yet so we can’t blame them! 😆
I do think Rumple may want Emma back so he can use his deal and have her retrieve Bae – but is Regina motivated by Henry…?
Maybe we have another villain in town – whoever killed in ‘Child of the Moon’.
Love how the men take being robbed in stride and then apparently choose to peruse their thief. (Yeah, supporter of this being Emma’s true love too!)
Didn’t Henry kind of have a thing for Gretel after she stole too?
