are u sure RG? there’s no way Jared could play a few episodes as young Rumpel? the make-up people are very good at making Jared look like another boy…
guys! young Rumpel looks soooo much like henry! same eyes! same hairstyle! even the smile looks the same! and the boy that was cast to play young rumple also looks a little like henry. same hairstyle, same kind of eyes! OMG I think I’m onto something!!! (this is me going insane btw)
I couldn’t find pictures of young RC on google. did he really look like Henry? wow that makes me even more sure that Henry looks like his grandfather!
The scene they shot of YoungRumple and his father that ended up on the cutting room floor, they cast a separate actor to play him. If you look at a pic of Robert when he was Jared’s age, the resemblance is almost creepy, but like RumplesGirl said, it’d only serve to create confusion for casual viewers if all of a sudden Jared was playing YoungRumple as well as Henry, so I really don’t think they’d do that. There’s been nothing to suggest, in the show or in interviews with K&H, that the kid in the picture is anyone but Henry.
hey can you link to what you said about the cutting room floor? sounds interesting I did not know they already had anything about rumpel’s past! and where did you see a pic of RC as a young boy? that would be really interesting!!!!
you know the drawing is not exactly henry. I mean, it looks like him but has harsh lines – almost as if the artist was angry or the kid was not happy when drawn
and the charming family could have contributed to his looks but in very minor ways, while Rumpel could have given the lion’s share
. It just seems odd though to think the “HE” they keep talking about is not PP.
My headcanon has always been that PP was the victim. I’ll tell you why:
1)felix tells Hook that the way HE punishes people is by rrriiipping their shadow from them. so if a shadowless body or a bodyless shadow is such a terrible, terrible thing, and if the shadow that came to Wendy’s window IS peter pan’s shadow, than PP is in terrible pain and HE did that to him.
2)There is no way a bunch of adults are afraid of a teen. I don’t care how creepy they make the teen – adults will not be afraid of him. believe me, I watched some creepy kid movies and the main reason they are so creepy is because the adults are not afraid of them and think they are innocent meanwhile they kill and do horrible things. if The Dark One said that HE is someone they all should fear, it CANNOT be a kid.
I have come to accept that PP is probably nor Rumpel, but the idea that he is the brother looks better and better…
