If they can get Jen, Colin, Lana and Bobby to sign on, then I think Season 7 is looking a lot more possible now. I’m surprised that they’re trying to keep that many of the cast on board. I’m also surprised that Bobby is apparently willing to negotiate, but he didn’t outright dismiss the possibility when asked a few weeks ago either.
[adrotate group="5"]The Catch is one of those shows that really didn’t deserve a renewal, and probably would have been cancelled last Season had it not been a Shonda show. But I guess if The Catch Season 2 drops enough, ABC won’t be able to justify another renewal. Especially when they have another Shonda show, Black’s Law, currently in development. ABC’s current dilemma with TGIT is that only the original trio of Grey’s/Scandal/HTGAWM is working. The Catch is still failing to serve as HTGAWM’s placeholder, and Notorious failed as Scandal’s placeholder this past Fall.
At least this seems to suggest that Grandpapa Charming is dead. I’m really tired of people we thought dead being not so much.
Pretty sure they’re doing a reference to Hamlet with what appears to be his father appearing as a ghost. Other Hamlet references for this episode include the title and one character being named Francisco.
