I have a feeling that Cruella will end up controlling Cerberus with her powers. She is set to appear in this episode, after all.
[adrotate group="5"]Still not sure what myth books A and E are reading. I’m not overly fond of the idea of calling it the Underworld and using certain classic Underworld imagery (five rivers) but it not really being the Underworld at all. It’s more a Limbo. The writers want to have their cake and eat it too–they want to play with Hades as a villain and thus they need the Underworld but they don’t want to go so far as to say Hell or make it anything other than a Limbo/Purgatory. Eh. It bugs.
Another obvious reason they went this route is to explain why certain characters that they can’t have return in a larger capacity or at all aren’t there. So no Neal, Graham, Ingrid, etc.

As I expected, there will be an episode airing on Easter this year. With 12 episodes in total to air for 5B, on top of needing the room to air the rest of Quantico and The Family, there was really no way to pre-empt the show for that week. For what it’s worth, CBS and NBC will also be airing premieres that night:

Except for Hook’s ring. That one she is still wearing.
No wedding this season? Interesting. Lots of fans were speculating on a CS wedding at the end of S5.
And of course we’ll probably get an origin story for that ring in 515, which includes a Hook and Liam flashback. The ring did originally belong to Liam, after all.

I recognize the music from when Emma tethers Hook to Excalibur in “Birth”, when the curse is cast in “Broken Heart”, I believe some music from when Hook dies in “Swan Song”, and finally the gang venturing off to the Underworld at the end of “Swan Song.” I’m surprised the suite was so short, and didn’t include such themes as Arthur’s theme, Merlin’s theme, Merida’s theme, and some of the Dark Swan themes. Kinda wish he had just posted a variety of individual tracks like he did for the Seasons 3 and 4 tracks.
