Guess this episode is a Snowing centric. I initially assumed that the Camelot flashback would be several years in past, not during the group’s stay in Camelot. I recall hearing about the cast filming with a grail (likely the plot device you’re referring to), so chances are this little adventure of Charming and Arthur’s is an homage to the quest for the holy grail. Hence the title.

My theory is this is the Enchanted Forest during the Missing Year because Mulan and Ruby were on set as well. That would explain why Zelena is green and where the two of them have been recently.

We saw Ruby in Storybrooke after the Missing Year, so that wouldn’t explain her current disappearance.

How…odd. Well, more optimistic than I would think, I guess.

To be fair, both sites are going off their predictions solely by the ratings they see each week, and aren’t making assumptions of future ratings. This makes sense, because honestly it’s anyone’s guess how much the ratings can change week to week. Especially this early in the Season.

For whatever reason, TVByTheNumbers has adjusted OUAT’s renewal chances to 4 smiley faces, matching it with the Reaper’s prediction:

SpoilerTV has updated their Cancellation Prediction Table. Remember, the closer a show is to 3.0 the more likely it is to get the axe. As expected, OUAT is in the safe “green” area right now with a 2.82. That’s close to the 3.0 and close enough to merit concern if the demos tick down this season (which they invariably will).

Worth noting, though, that it’s the fourth ABC show on the list, after Last Man Standing (comedy) and Castle (drama) and Blood and Oil (drama). LMS and Castle and Blood and Oil are going to get the axe if their numbers don’t improve–and they likely won’t. While ABC might not want to lose three dramas in one year, OUAT does have its head on the chopping block, it’s just a matter of if there is a stay of execution or not.

Another factor to consider is that ABC still has a bunch of other shows that haven’t started airing yet this Season. This includes more veterans plus new shows for the Spring. How all of those shows do will play a large role, too. These are the remaining shows:

    Agent Carter
    American Crime
    Galavant
    Of Kings and Prophets
    Secrets and Lies
    The Catch
    The Family
    The Real O’Neals
    Uncle Buck
    Wicked City

Here are the TV Grim Reaper’s (the former Cancellation Bear’s) current predictions: http://www.tvgrimreaper.com/2015/10/06/abc-predictions-blood-oil-is-certain-to-be-canceled/354/

OUAT still has 4 smiley faces, and is in the middle of all shows.

I know everyone’s talking about Emma ending up in the Underworld hanging with Hades, but maybe it’ll be Regina instead? I know that Emma dying would be part of her Saviour hero myth arc, but it’s almost getting to the point where you could make a drinking game out of when “Saviour” is used in relation to Regina, and we’re only two eps in, so maybe she’s gonna get her own death and ressurection arc in order to make her fully redeemed?

I could see that happening. It would be mirroring last Season’s finale, and Emma did say “I saved you, now you save me.” Perhaps Regina will sacrifice herself for Emma this time around.

I don’t think they’re going to ignore Lancelot and Guinevere’s affair.

Back when they gave out the casting calls for Arthur, Guinevere and Merlin this past Summer; the casting calls actually brought up Quinevere’s past with Lancelot. Not to mention we know that Lancelot is appearing in more episodes this Season.

I’m sure I read somewhere that James Woods had so much fun playing Hades that he put it into his contract that he gets to play Hades in any future appearances.

If by some miracle they were able to get James Woods to reprise his role, that could be a good ploy to get ratings back up a little again. James Woods has actually done a lot of TV roles, including voicing Hades again for the Hercules animated TV series. He would also be the first Disney actor to reprise his role on OUAT.

A few people here said that the Fury looked a lot like Ryuk from the anime “Death Note.” Well, Ryuk is a shinigami, which in short are the Grim Reapers in Japanese mythology.  The Fury was literally trying to have Robin Hood sent to the Underworld. So perhaps someone at OUAT is a Death Note fan, and the resemblance was intentional.
