Lancelot is most likely alive, I agree. But the question becomes, where has he been this whole time?
I’m guessing he returned to Camelot and somehow reconciled with Arthur.

In the one with him, Josh & Liam, Josh is in EF clothing so it could be a flashback.
In this one Colin, Emilie and Josh are all in EF clothing again so it could also be a flashback.
(In saying that I agree that he will turn out to be alive but these pictures really confirm nothing).
Hook being there with Charming and Belle leans towards it being present day.
Is Camelot only for 5A?
They said they’re still doing the two split story arcs format this Season, so yes. That’s not to say Camelot or any of its characters couldn’t return at some point, but the Camelot arc in itself should end after 5A.

I think Violet will be Henry’s first relationship, but not true love. Why? Because Violet is a Camelot character, so chances are she could be gone by the time the Camelot arc wraps up.

Even then, I don’t see that happening, unless they up the episode count to 23. Keep in mind that the 100th episode is being counted with Smash the Mirror split into two episodes, despite the production code. As I said, any 2 hour episodes would have to happen in 5B. My theory is that episodes 100 and 101 will air as a two hour special in honor of the 100th episode, and that the finale will of course be two hours like the previous two Seasons. To illustrate:

Can’t be any two hours in 5A, when 5A is only 10 episodes long, and that was specifically done so the 100th episode could be the 5B premiere. Unless they do another two hours under the same episode number like Smash the Mirror.
That gives Merida two centrics in 5A since 506 is her episode. That’s not *excessive* I suppose but since 5A is only 10 episodes as is, that’s a bit more than some are going to like for a guest role.
For all we know, this could be where Merida’s storyarc comes to a close. Her parents may only appear for a brief scene, and that’s that. Not like they haven’t had other characters appear just for a bit scene, like with Belle’s mother.
