OMG. So Zelena is Marian …
For how long? Since the time travel? Or from before that even? Always?
I’m thinking that Zelena’s remains time traveled, and at some point she took Marian’s place. There’s actually photos of Zelena and Marian filming a flashback in FTL for 417, so maybe Zelena actually killed her? I also suspect that Regina had never actually killed Marian, even in the original timeline, because the way Robin described Marian’s death in 313 doesn’t really ad up to “Marian was executed by the Evil Queen.” Robin said Marian died “on a job”, and how it was apparently his fault. That was a reason I suspected Marian could be an impostor all the way back when the Season 3 finale aired.
The only problem I have with this theory which I bet that they won’t explain is how Zelena kept Marian’s appearance once she crossed the town line because there’s obviously no magic over the other side…
Walsh transformed into his flying monkey self while in NYC, so not like that hasn’t been done before.
