Unless Greg changed his name since being a kid, it’s not him and his father. The names listed are Owen and Kurt Flynn, so looks like new characters entirely. Press releases also don’t use aliases for character names like casting calls do.

If he, after the episode The Miller’s Daughter, hasn’t learned from his past mistakes then I question the writers and what they’re doing. I want it to be hard for Rumple, but at some point the man has to learn. Its called character development.
Agreed. While I can understand Rumple can’t be completely happy, because if he has no drama then there is no show, but there have been way more downs than ups this entire Season. Making everything too unhappy just makes the audience feel depressed and the show is no longer that fun to watch. Rumple should continue to have drama, but he should be faced with new challenges rather than going back and forth with the same challenges. It’s the same problem with Regina’s character.

ModeratorOne other thing to keep in mind is that despite this ratings slump, Once is still hugely popular worldwide. The worldwide audience is certainly something that will continue to make Once a valuable property to Disney and ABC.

ModeratorAlso, Neverland is home to the Lost Boys. Hook has even referred to them as such. Peter is also not a gender neutral name like Jack is, so it would be trickier to pull off.

ModeratorMaybe with Regina seemingly returning as the the main baddie everyone loved, interest in this Season will be renewed. Evil Regina was something viewers loved to watch. I know plenty who were sick of Hook and Cora.
As for Ruby, Meghan Ory just got picked up for a CBS pilot called “Intelligence.” If that pilot is picked up for a series, that could mean seeing Ruby written off the show or at least reduced to recurring guest role.

ModeratorThere is definitely more to be told with Young Cora’s story. For one, we never saw Rumple hold baby Regina in his arms, like he said he did back in “We Are Both.” Rumple was shown being dumped by Cora before Regina was even born. I think Rumple will be shown attempting to get baby Regina in a future flashback. Nobody breaks deals with him. Even though Cora abused a loophole that Rumple created after he amended the agreement, he would still view it as a broken deal and he certainly felt cheated.

*sigh* This is disappointing. They really promoted this episode and I think we needed a big boost to make ABC feel like they can give us a full S3. I know the 7+ will increase, but this is a pretty flat number, and our ratings share didn’t increase. Start worrying?
I’m still blaming The Bible TV series airing on History. It’s directly competing against Once, and it’s getting really abnormal ratings for cable, which is about 13 million total viewers.

ModeratorLive Ratings are in for last night. Once actually slightly rose compared to last week, but it sadly didn’t rise as much as much as it could have thanks to Daylight Savings Time. DST is infamous for causing a drop in ratings for all shows at this time of the year. It’s a shame, but I’m sure the Live + 7 ratings with the DVR viewers factored in will see a huge increase.

ModeratorIt seems like the finale is heading to Neverland. What can you tell us about what’s going to bring the show there?
Horowitz: Who says we’re bringing the show there? [Laughs]
Kitsis: It could be a flashback, as we’ve seen other lands. We know Hook spent time there.
Horowitz: Again, we’re going to be learning more about both Hook and Baelfire and there may or may not be another land in that. What we see of it and what we learn of it is something that we want to keep as a surprise.
Kitsis: But I’m sure we’ll spoil it in a month. [Laughs]This is also interesting. If we’re going to learn about Bae and Hook’s past and possibly even see flashbacks of them at the end of the Season, how can they gloss over Bae being Peter if that really is the case? If they even admit that he’s Peter and even show some of his past this Season, that would be a bit contradicting to what they said about no Peter Pan this Season. Yeah, I’m still holding out on believing Bae is Peter. 😛

Regina took Henry Sr.’s heart because she thought it was the only path to her happiness. I can see using similar logic to kill Snow by taking her heart. Snow, in Regina’s eyes, is now responsible for Daniel’s death, Henry Sr’s death, and Cora’s death. The town of Storybrooke needs to be on the lookout…
And yet either Cora and Regina are responsible for Eva’s death, Leopold’s death, Graham’s death, and Johanna’s death. It kinda evens out. I doubt the Storybrooke citizens will be at all sad or angry that Cora is dead, considering how much of a threat she was.
