ParticipantThere’s nothing for them in The Enchanted Forest… And if Cora/Hook don’t leave and Emma/Snow do… Now all that’s left there is Cora, Hook, Aurora and Mulan. I don’t like our princess’ chances, there.

ParticipantWell, they’re both orphans… There are a lot of orphans in this show, not just Emma and Bae d: Calm your teets, guys.

ParticipantAh yes, they also wrote into the show that nothing is innocent, so good is likely a very subjective term. I think good is temporary. Anything can be good, until it’s not. Rumpel was good – and then he became the Dark One. Regina was good – and then Daniel died. Snow was good, and then she drank the potion and forgot Charming. Goodness in this show is a very delicate beast, and I think many of the characters, under the right circumstances, would lose their goodness if the situation was just right.

I’m guessing you didn’t share any scenes with Emilie de Ravin [Belle], but did you catch up while you were on set?
No, no one was in town while I was shooting, actually, because Iām also good friends with Lana [Parrilla] as well. I was like, “Hey, Iām here shooting” and she had to be in L.A. that week. It was the week before the Emmys, I think, so we just kind of passed each other … Lana and I have known each other for many years and we were in an acting class together for a while, so it would be kind of fun to then have a professional scene where we get to act across from each other and bring it all full circle.I feel kind of bad for Jorge, since he pretty much did all of his scenes alone. ): For such a sociable guy that would’ve been a drag.

ParticipantYep, unfortunately he is definitely not from our world. Thankfully David Anders is.

As for Regina finding the time to learn magic, perhaps she’d tell Leopold she was going out for a ride or something which would give her a couple of hours leave from the palace. She would then meet up with Rumple, who would use magic to whisk her away to wherever he was teaching her then he would drop her off back in her kingdom so that she could pretend she’s just returned from her ride.
Riding every day though? š
We are shown that Regina had a love of horses and riding. She thought the “thing she loved most” was her prized childhood steed, after all. So it wouldn’t be a stretch to say she tended to go for long rides everyday. And the king, wanting to keep her happy so that she would take care of Snow White, would allow it. He’s a nice guy, too, so he probably feels as though she should be more than allowed to have her free time.

I just got an idea! Wasn’t MM supposed to be able to find a way to communicate to David between worlds in an upcoming episode? What if it’s somehow connected through the compasses. Emma’s going after one in the Enchanted Forest, one exists in Storybrooke. That can’t be a coincidence. If it’s not the same compass then maybe they’re “brothers”. Connected in some way. Sort of how in HP the way Harry communicates with the mirrors.
My new cold medicine is making me theory obsessed today. Or it’s just made me loopy. š
I would love to see something like that! It’d make True North feel a lot less plunked.

ParticipantThanks for all the comments guys! I tweeted this to Keegan Connor Tracy who plays Blue, and she replied! I got super giddy hehehe.

ParticipantPerhaps in communicating with Snow on the other side in 2×8, they all discover that Hook and Cora are likely to get across. So Regina and Rumpel know that – even though they have to be doing good – they can’t put everyone (and more importantly at this point in their arcs, themselves) at risk.

ParticipantI don’t think that it’s THAT compass, since we aren’t flashing back in fairytale land to before H&G’s father had it. But perhaps the compasses have some relation to each other. Either way, I think it’s a nice catch!
