ParticipantI’m actually surprised there are 5 votes for Emma and only one for Regina! 😯
Not surprising that Rumpel’s taking the lead. This forums community truly is more Rumpel-centric.
I picked Snow, btw. 🙂 I just love how her character (and MM’s) makes me laugh. 😀 If there were a second and third pick, I’d be Emma and Regina, though no idea in which order … Red/Ruby is close behind.[adrotate group="5"]April 28, 2012 at 9:22 am in reply to: Objects & where they’re from | contains spoilers: aired ep #144409mia

can we say Bambi?
I think that’s just one of the deers from the Snow White story. She had loads of animals surrounding her.
Do you have screens of all those things? I’ll add them then.
I still have to look for Bae’s ball that was mentioned in the podcast. I didn’t realise that at all.
Anyway, thanks for looking at the shop sjm! Hope I can somehow update here soon, so much to do! 🙁

The scene between MM and Regina actually made me have more sympathy for Regina rather than Mary Maragert. However, I’m not sure if that was the writers intention.
Right? I mean, I LOVED the scene. Just so great seeing MM standing up to Regina. At the same time I thought, wow, she’s a b**** … Seriously, MM/Snow can be really mean. Seeing what Regina did to her, I understand, but still …

She sees that Regina isn’t pure evil(but hey, there aren’t any pure evil characters on this show anyway), she understands that Regina is lonely, and that’s what’s behind the evil things she does.
Yeah, MM forgiving Regina truly shows her pure a big heart, but at the same time it’s quite the mocking gesture. Just like that story in the bible with showing your other cheeks after being slapped on the other (sorry, my biblical knowledge is limited, hope you know what I mean, lol).
Anyway, Snow/MM’s my favorite character, so I loved the scene, but as Regina’s comes at 2nd or 3rd place, I can’t but feel a bit sorry for her, too. Oh, and Regina’s face when MM says “He’s with his mother.” is priceless …

Wow. The Pinocchio story actually looks pretty interesting. If the writers play their cards right, it can turn into a brilliant story.
+1 to that 😉
I second that. I don’t really like Pinocchio, but it does look good. I was especially surprised by the special effects! They look really good for a tv show!
About the David&Regina scene: Well, no comment. Really. 🙄

ParticipantI don’t think Emma invited David. The way Emma acted seemed like she didn’t. She did probably think he’d show up eventually, though.

So it seems Emma is meant to get the ball rolling for breaking the curse, but seems Rump’s is indicating more that she will be there to start & fight in the ‘final battle’. At this stage I think the actual breaking of the curse will be someone else’s actions rather than Emma’s per say (she’s the instigator & will get them to the point where they can do what they have to do, but its their actions not Emma’s that actually break the curse) if that makes sense.
Yes, that’s what I’ve been saying all along! In the 2nd episode Rumpel also tells Regina that Snow’s child is the key, but never actually says she’ll be the one breaking the curse.

ParticipantWell, he did touch the people’s head just like Aang did with Ozai (yay, I remembered the name!!). I don’t really think he’s a spirit or god, he only says he’s got their support so that people are afraid of him. But who knows, it’s a cartoon after all, lol.

ParticipantSo there’s finally an ai date down there? ^.^ Congrats and enjoy it!

ParticipantOk, I can live with it being in ep 21 or 22, also. I still think it’s a dream/nightmare then, for the exact reasons stated. Just wouldn’t add up to Emma’s character.

ParticipantI just watched the 3rd episode and Amon’s voice actually reminded me of what’s-his-name Zuko’s father! Then I remembered that he’s probably dead, because Zuko’s also dead already …
Btw, do you think the name Amon has anything to do with Amon-Ra, the Egyptian sun god?mia
