I think we’ll only see Kathryn … Just because it says Kathryn/Abigail doesn’t mean we’ll see both characters. It just means the actor plays both parts in the series.

Lied about what? By that point he hadn’t been able to bottle love, yet. I’m starting to wonder why he knew their love would be powerful enough for it, though. I mean, later on he helped Cinderella and she gained true love. Maybe that’s why he ended up helping her? He needed more “product” of true love (her first born)?

Well, Regina went on faith using that curse. If she herself had created it, she would have known (probably at least) the exact working of it. As it is, she just took it from someone without asking exactly how it would work, any side-effects, etc. Not very smart. 🙄
