I also agree that August is really Pinocchio. When I re-watched the episode “7:15 am” the other week I thought it was interesting that the mysterious box that held his typewriter was made out of wood and looked like it was hand made and polished. Maybe the wood the box was made out of is the same wood that Pinocchio and Gepetto used from the tree that hid Emma, as well as the same wood that created Pinocchio, himself.
Ooo! I didn’t even think of that! Good catch! 😀

It’s not only what she told Belle, I think. Rumple blames Regina for her “death” because he believes that when she met Belle on the road and told her about the curse, she started a chain of events that led to her alleged death.
It is probably going to be similar with the fairies. He hates them. We can speculate that they had something to do with how he lost his son. But I doubt that they killed Bae with their bare hands. They probably did something that Rumple believes led to the loss of his son. That’s my theory as well. Rumpel probably views Regina as the downfall of his romance with Belle. Regina’s intervention was the turning point in their story. Mr. gold is only pretending to be semi-tolerable of Regina. Mr. gold rarely shows any emotion, especially around someone as powerful as Regina. So of course, he’s goingt o put up a friendly front with Regina. He’s not as brash and reckless as Regina. And judging by the promos for next week's episode, a lot of our suspicions about Mr. Gold betraying Regina has been confirmed.
I don’t think the fairies killed or intentionally harmed Bae. I think they mistakenly sent him somewhere dangerous. Like Oz.

Right now I can say it is like chess the pieces of the game board are being set up—-Operation Cobra. No real major moves are really being made right now—-phase 2 an un-named phase. Phase 2 and 3 all moves and positioning will happen. Phase 4 & 5 are the endgame and checkmate phases. Then winner takes all……..a happy ending>
Hmm, I’m really liking your version of chess right now. 😆 I’m anxious to see what phases 2 and 3 entail. I have a feeling the curse will be broken at the end of season 3 and then the next three seasons will revolve around the characters tryingt o get back to Storybrooke.
Yes, I am obsessed with Lost. 😆

I wouldn’t mind August dying either. I don’t really like the character all that much, but he has been better in the last few episodes. And i agree i would rather not see a romance between Emma and August. The character just seems so awkward and cryptic. I don’t understand why Emma would work with him when she knows so little about him.
Well, Emma has demonstrated some questionable character judgement. She trusted Sydney, she trusted Mr. Gold and now she’s trusting August. But at least August seems to be the more trustworthy of the three. 😉

In the new promo for next week’s episode, Rumpel and Bae are seen being sucked into a green vortex. Does anyone have any theories on what this vortex could be? Personally, I think it's Oz. But some others think it may be Neverland, and the green vortex is actually Tinkerbelle.
That’s my theory as well. I think Rumpel made a deal with the fairies to send him to Neverland, but something went wrong and he ended up in Oz instead. That may explain his hatred of the nuns. Mr. Gold’s grudges are always inspired by something that happened in Fairytale land. He hated Moe French because of what happened to Belle, and he probably hates the nuns because of something horrible they did to Bae.

I disagree. I think that it is more the reasonable to say i think an episode was badly acted. I still think it is the worse episode of the series so far and has made me think that the character doesn’t make much sense at all. And usually the actor is pretty good though not as good an actor as the girls, in my opinion, he has still had some nice moments. This episode, still my opinion, was not one of them.
Once again, I disagree with you. I think that episode revealed a lot of interesting things about Rumpel. I loved the mythology and history behind his character. And I definitely disagree with you about his acting. He was phenomenal. But then again, you hate Rumpel, so I’m kind of wasting my breathe. 😆

But I think that at some point Rumple and Regina had at least a tolerable relationship. They aren’t like Harry Potter and Voldermort where anytime they are around each other you never know which one will come out alive. There is always some kind of odd bantering going on between the two of them and at some point Regina made a comment about how they used to know each other so well. Also, Rumple doesn’t seem the least bit annoyed when Regina just waltzes right into his castle and serves herself tea in Skin Deep.
I still think that in all of this Rumple plans to redeem Regina as well. I think he wants to get her back to how she used to be before her mother screwed her up by killing Daniel
Hmm, Rumpel wants to redeem Regina? I never thought of that. I’ll have to think about it for a while though. Because I’ve always gotten the impression that he wanted her dead.
But I do agree with the theory that Rumpel wants to destroy all magic and that was his reasoning behind making the Dark Curse. He even said himself that it’s the curse to end all curses.
