Doubtful though I suppose they might let Hook keep his flirty ways but I seriously doubt that anything could actually happen for HQ. I don’t know what he was thinking with the rhombus, it could have been a total joke for all we know to throw people off. I’m inclined to think misleading.
As for what Colin said he doesn’t really know anything and the person asking the question said that he specifically gave an idea and Colin agreed it was a possibility but “who knows” so …for now, until we get to Comic Con I’m inclined to be suspicious of absolutely everything because hardly anybody knows anything – they’re in the writers room right now so the actors especially don’t know anything (I love them, I love hearing from them, I’m just tired of the obviously leading question – same goes for the official podcast where the lady clearly ships SF)

MysteryKat25ParticipantTrue, but then people would just get upset that they keep saying keep watching cause that’s what most of their answers generally consist of. They can’t really win no matter what they do. 🙁

Most of the questions they ever answer are clarification based on stuff we’ve already seen and to “keep watching” – still it’s nice to see him try to respond to people (even the littlest thing can make someone’s day!).
Well, I wasn’t expecting him to leak/tease anything about OUAT season 3 or OUATinWL either, but both shows have some nagging questions that could’ve been given at least a half answer, like “How reliable is the story of Hook’s father?” or “Why are both Paul McGillion and Michael Socha’s characters named Knave of Hearts?”.
Understandable but some things we’ll actually get to see play out and be explained so they’re less likely to answer that type of thing on twitter.

You know what I was just thinking? Blue Fairy told Rumple that the bean Bae used was the last one left and that there was no other way to reach our world. Yet when the curse was about to be cast, suddenly there were these magic trees that could be used to make a transportation wardrobe. There was only one tree left by this time, but this was a couple hundred years later! Methinks Blue Fairy didn’t want to help Rumple that much…What BF said was the bean was the “last one known to be in our world” . That makes me feel she wasn’t lying, she just didn’t know where any others may be. After all, Anton said the last bean was on his necklace and was dried out ( or shriveled, or squashed or something – I forgot. 😕 ). The giants destroyed all the beans they had to keep the humans from getting any. His bean was somehow made healthy (forgetting again DUH! 😕 ) and became the parent of all the beanstalks being grown in SB.
This doesn’t mean there aren’t others lurking around in surprising places – perhaps in the different magic lands Jefferson mentioned.
Anton was given a bit of the beanstalk to plant and regrow beans elsewhere. The shriveled bean he wore around his neck was taken by Hook and rejuvenated in Lake Nostos to take Hook & Cora to SB.
I agree, we keep seeing the “last” of something and then others pop up but they may not have been known to Blue or anyone else so they only had access to what they had which may be nothing. I agree on the Jefferson point as well, who knows what’s available elsewhere!

Question: Since Gold knew who Tamara/Owen were why didn’t he say something to Bae, or the Charming family at least ❓
This is a good question because I don’t think Rumple knew who GOAT were. He knows who they work for, and he only knows because he knew they went to NL. That’s what clued him into to who they were. Before that, he didn’t know.
I agree. Before finding out that they took Henry to NL I really really doubt he knew anything other than Greg being an outsider and Tamara being Neal’s fiancee. If he had an idea of it, he would have acted on it, not just ignored them. To him they are just “pawns” who are being used by somebody much higher up but until the finale, he didn’t realize that.

You know you would think he would at least give us a title of new episode or something in my opinion.
Not this early, they’re still in the writer’s room and things can change when the season hasn’t even started yet. This wasn’t an “event” really, it’s just Adam, when he as a few minutes, letting people know that he’s there to answer questions while he has time. It’s not like setting up an interview to promote the new season other than saying keep watching there’s more to come.

Ok all. I think that’s probably it for the night. If he does any more tonight, I’ll post. 🙂
Thanks, RG. Shame there was barely anything of substance for us to delve on, though.
Agreed but they’re in the writers room right now and I’m sure they don’t want to outright spoil anything / tease anything they want to keep under wraps etc yet. Most of the questions they ever answer are clarification based on stuff we’ve already seen and to “keep watching” – still it’s nice to see him try to respond to people (even the littlest thing can make someone’s day!). I just wish people wouldn’t be SO negative to him and keep telling him how he feels about characters he creates when he’s stated it many times.
A lot of negative stuff was clogging up his timeline I’m sure. 🙁 Why can’t people just leave him alone if they don’t like something! He’s not going to change it for a section of the fandom, sheesh. A lot of the questions we’ve been asking are probably things that will be addressed / things they can’t answer without giving too much away. I think if any of those questions had been answered it would have been a maybe or a keep watching.
Glad they’re in the writer’s room and can’t wait til they actually do have something to tease! (Maybe a short clip at Comic Con like last year??) Oh to be a fly on that wall…

MysteryKat25ParticipantMissed most of Adam’s tweet-session, grr, but wanted to share this!
I think the reason he doesn’t respond to a lot of stuff is because it would be too spoilery so he answers the safe / clarification stuff usually but the fact that he specifically said “Don’t wanna spoil” in a tweet about whether CS would be romantic or not after not answering a lot of CS stuff gives me hope, though must be taken with a grain of salt. Usually he’ll respond to things with “keep watching” but he added that so he was covering all his bases – keep watching but not confirming anything / alienating anybody but don’t want to spoil (what will hopefully be an epic journey!) Just wanted to share. 🙂

MysteryKat25ParticipantWell since he didn’t go full-on DO in SB, he was able to kiss Belle no problem so it sounds like she will likely have to undo his curse in FTL.

MysteryKat25ParticipantSome people are (understandably) very touchy about certain topics and rightly so but I feel like HUGE leaps were made in this particular instance. I don’t know which is worse, people making outrageous assumptions and going off….or the shippers that are now attacking each other saying HQ is happening for sure cause they can’t read that Colin said “who knows?”
Things are definitely getting a little too bizarre lately. I look forward to when we have actual news and informed interviews and our show back! I worry about how big the hatred will get when we get a lot of CS interaction early on in the season but I am determined not to let people ruin it for me. We should be able to celebrate actually seeing stuff just as much as they’ve been / will to continue to be jumping for joy at the idea that CS won’t happen. (There was cheering after ASOTM and frankly it wasn’t being excited for SF, a lot of the stuff I actually saw was haha, CS won’t happen now: this needs to stop – be excited for your stuff, don’t mock the others!)
I do think his remark ultimately showed that he at least thinks that Hook will favor Emma and I am going to take it all with a grain of salt. There are always going to be people who read too much into things but it seems like it’s spiraling out of control! We need some real info and filming doesn’t start for ages and comic con is near there too.
Did anybody find video for the panel that Jane, Raphael & Keegan did recently in London? I wonder if Jane said anything useful? I know she was a Spuffy person and I got the impression she likes CS as well but haven’t heard her say anything about it in awhile.
In other shipper related stuff, a few things I’ve noticed:
* Graham treats Emma’s wounds after her fight with Regina
* Hook treats Emma’s wounds after the climb up the beanstalk* Graham reads Emma fairly quickly & knows it takes a lot to get her attention (stops her with the police car)
* Hook reads Emma like an open book from the start* We’re introduced to Charming/Abigail in a carriage where they are at odds over how things should be done (she told him not to take the scenic route) and are then stopped by the fallen tree (thanks Snow!)
* We’re introduced to SwanThief in a car where they at odds over how things should be done and then are stopped by police* Snowing start out on a quest that involves getting a ring and Charming dangling an important necklace (fairy dust) it in front of her
* CaptainSwan start out on a quest that involves getting a necklace (compass) and Hook dangles an important necklace (dried up bean) in front of herInteresting thing I noticed re: Graham. Emma is CLEARLY upset about the Graham/Regina stuff to the point that she doesn’t want to talk about it. She avoids Graham, she pushes him away, and wants nothing to do with any of it to the point that MM tells her she’s the only one who doesn’t see that she loves Graham.
This is very different from how she’s dealt with Neal and Hook. She’s got way more reason to want to avoid any conversations with Neal than she ever had reason to with Graham but she lets Neal hang around because of Henry and she’s had various conversations whether they were unpleasant or not. The only guy she’s pushing away because of her walls (like with Graham) is Hook.
Snow & Charming have both had significant looks when watching Hook & Emma interact. Snow is fairly observant (or was definitely so when she was MM) and keeps a close eye on Emma and knows when she’s upset / jealous / etc. All we’ve seen from Snow on the subject so far is the conversation that happens in The Evil Queen where she tells Emma her superpower has been known to be unreliable when she’s emotional (grr, stop doubting her people!). Sadly the transcript isn’t up for that episode yet so I’ll grab that actual quote in a bit but Emma says that it’s been a decade, she’s over it and Snow says that that might be true but (the gist of it was) don’t get Henry’s hopes up because if you go around saying Tamara is up to something, Henry will think there’s a chance his parents will get back together. (IMPORTANT PART BEING THE FOCUS ON HENRY). Sadly we can’t really jump for joy with Emma saying she’s over it because she does still have feelings for him but I really think that’s 1st love / father of her kid stuff, she *may* be over the idea romantically or at least closer to that point.
As observant as Snow is when it comes to Emma, she was much more observant and less-biased as MM but I’ll take it for now. Snow read the situation as regardless of what you feel, by acting on any of it, this is how it comes across and it could upset Henry. She wasn’t declaring “you have feelings for him and you’re the only one who doesn’t know it!” like she did with Graham (that’s the main point I was trying to make here). The fact that even she questions Emma’s instincts bugs me but she did that in FTL too with treating Emma like a kid who couldn’t do anything. It’s been (mostly) getting better and she does have a point about not getting Henry’s hopes up.
