Mr. Gold finds an unwilling test subject to see if a spell he has concocted will allow him to cross the border of Storybrooke – without losing his memory – and go in search of his son, Bae; Belle stumbles upon a vengeful Hook in the Storybrooke harbor whose main goal is to eradicate Rumpelstiltskin; and Mary Margaret and David go house hunting in search of a bigger place to live. Meanwhile, in the fairytale land that was, Belle meets Mulan as the two set out to slay a fearsome beast called the Yaoguai, who has been ravaging the land.

I fail to understand why Grumpy wants to go back to the Enchanted Forest. Maybe it will now be explained…. lack of modern medicine would be the main reason NOT TO GO. BTW I think we are suppose to see WHALE in this episode.'HOOK better not be trying to shoot BELLE cause he cannot kill Rumple/ Gold …
The acting of everyone was top notched… BUT LANA brought it home as EQ and REGINA…..LOVE to hate her character.
Emma having magic was expected; she need to learn how to use it…. I think she will need control in the future.
Gold as usual is manipulating everyone to get what he wants…
Do not like how some characters are in the scene but have nothing to say…

A TIME LINE for OUaT
Love seeing her emotions go through a 1000 miles up, down, and all around. Love the range of her ablities.

I look at who/ what progresses the story… Red and Archie really are not main characters that progress the story. As much as I like them I saw no need for their presence.
I think that Robert Carlyle has to come from his home in Great Britain so they organize his scenes to maximize his visits. As for Belle she does not progress the main story; that said I do think they are going to have a lot of Belle / Gold time in the next episodes. I have heard that Robert is in Canada filming right now. Gold is figuring out how to cross and look for Bael.I think by the end of the season the minor stories will be solved / ended and we will be going to the BIG ENDING that leads into the new dilemma for the next season.
