I was actually thinking of doing this on tumblr first, because people can reblog and add their own answers. But maybe aimed specifically at CS ‘shippers to start, just to get a general idea if we’re right.

Your ‘ship name:On the family side of things, as far I’m concerned, I’m not a part of a blended family. But since my mom is filipino, I have lots of aunts and uncles and cousins. And it’s often confusing when I meet friends close to mom, to differentiate who is a relative and who isn’t. But anyway, what that means generally, is that any elder you meet (doesn’t even matter if you are blood-related), you still refer to the female elders as ‘auntie’ and the men as ‘uncle.’ That’s just how it is. It’s a sign of respect too.
(FYI, that is only coming from my mom’s side since my dad is not filipino. And we don’t know a lot about his family in general). So to sum up, I am very used to having a big family and family to me, doesn’t necessarily have to include blood ties.
I know I was saying, if I was still student, it would be a good idea to a do study thing. But it wouldn’t hurt now to do some kind of survey. I already started to figure out a format this morning.

Your ‘ship name:I swear, there is a psychology behind why we are attracted to certain ‘ships vs. others. If I were still a student and I needed to write a thesis, I would write it on the backgrounds of ‘shippers and what ‘ships we ‘ship and why.
But from what I know of most of you all, we come from varied backgrounds, married folks, step-families etcs, blended families. And look at what we ‘ship, the ‘ship we love that is slowly blossoming before our eyes, a blended family. That cannot be a coincidence.
Anyway, just wanted to drop by and say hello.
Obisgirl, sometimes I think you climbed in my head, grabbed my thoughts and wrote them down. Making them sound way more eloquent than I would!
But coming from Mr. No Magic Neal? The guy who wouldn’t let Rumple use magic in NL at the most critical point in saving Henry? Curses and magic are not something Neal jokes about. I can see him being well intentioned and getting into a situation to save his father/Emma/Henry, and getting in way too deep very quickly. When the stakes are that high, so is the temptation.
I think Neal could probably go dark this season. Not extreme dark dark, but desperate enough maybe to make an alliance that isn’t good for everyone. Maybe with a witch with a bad skin condition that happens to be green, even.
