these are really beautiful. I think maybe a bit of photoshop magic was done though. Most of their faces look too smooth.
[adrotate group="5"]Looking at these outtakes now, the close-ups shots looks so much better than the wide ones. And this was the same photoshoot that gave us those horrible promotional images for 3A. Like, who decided that those generic, wide-shots were better than these?! I don’t understand.
I gotta give props to the casting department. They are awesome. This guys really looks like a young King Leopold.
In a weird way, the spoiler that shall not be named has done some good, it has highlighted the need for the fandom to ‘get a grip’ & be ‘ok’ with whatever A&E do do this season- it’s their story, we cant change it- nor do we have a right to feel they are telling it ‘wrong’ (it’s not us making the show) & if we don’t like the story they are telling (for whatever reason), we don’t have to keep watching it- it’s as simple as that really!
This is what I’ve been saying on my tumblr blog. Fans don’t dictate what happens on the show. Adam and Eddie are going to write Once how they want to. It’s their fanfiction.
Other side note: neither side should be happy if ‘x’ or “y” character dies. It’s not going to be a good situation for either side. Because I hate seeing this myth, that it’ll make things all good for their ‘ship and live happily ever after. ‘Cause it’s not . And ultimately, the one it’ll affect the most is Emma, negatively or positively. So both sides need to think about that.
I know we don’t talk about psychology much when it comes to ‘ships, but I swear, it cannot be a coincidence that my favorite ‘ship outside of CS and Once Upon a Time, is Bash and Mary from Reign. I didn’t really know why I liked them together, I just knew that I didn’t like Mary and Francis together and then these past two episodes of Reign, there’s dialogue, that almost 95% parallels dialogue from Once.

Seriously, that sounds a lot like a pirate we all know and love, right? I just needed to share that because it cannot be a coincidence that my two favorite ‘ships perfectly mirror each other at the moment. Unless, the Reign writers secretly watch OUAT and ‘ship CS. This is too perfect.
Cyrus wasn’t always a fun, loving guy, huh. Kind of figured that was the case. From one extreme to another.
Charles Mesure might’ve been cast as the cut-throat pirate Blackbeard. Could he be Papa Jones, too?
Blue eyes seem to run in the Jones family. I don’t always recognize names when I see them but I know this guy. He was on ABC’s V, and OMG! He’s very hot.

I had this thought last night, and I think it would nicely tie the Snow White story with Rumple and Cora.
Eva and Leopold get engaged, married and then soon after, Eva quickly becomes pregnant but Cora curses the child Eva is carrying. In desperation to make sure the child is okay, Eva goes to Rumple and he puts a protection spell on the child and to make it valid, he pricks Eva’s finger and enchants it or something. So, for the nine months and until she gives birth, the child is protected by magic.
