@awoovo Yeah, I figured the death happened already but knowing that Hook is still around is good.There’s so many reasons to love that cave scene but yeah, I love this reason to. I’ve always felt anyway that Emma wasn’t able to understand why she wanted to believe that Neal was dead until she heard Hook’s confession, about how he was able to let go of his first love because he loved Emma.
I’m sorry but if Emma is going to be the Savior for the rest of her life, then I want someone at her side who will fight along with her and encourage her and never doubt her or run away.
And there’s is one character, one person who doesn’t make her feel like it’s a duty or a burden, or like it makes her less lovable. Hook doesn’t care, but he knows she’s a fighter who can do it
And someone who looks at her like she is magic and appreciates what she does, helps her grow and is always there for her no matter what. He doesn’t let his fear cloud his judgement, or let anyone else dictate his feelings for her.
Emma is True Love incarnate and her True Love loves and accepts that about her and doesn’t shy away, or think that part of her is something ugly or wicked. He loves ALL of her.
