The uncomfortable silence. We already know they understand each other and Hook doesn’t have to say anything, to get that all she needs from him is to be there for her. The toast was for Neal, but really, it wasn’t about him, or that he missed Baelfire too. It was about giving Emma the proper closure that she needed.
I loved the music too. The music that was used, it wasn’t Emma’s theme or Emma/Neal — which would have been appropriate. It was a variation of The Road to True Love, almost a neutral theme for the scene. It was perfect.
Speaking of the music, I can’t wait for the third volume of the soundtrack. Captain Swan wasn’t included in the season two soundtrack but I am 100% sure it will be included for volume 3 and it’ll have a proper name too. I’m counting on it being called “Kindred Spirits” or something.

My favorite moment was the uncomfortable silence, Emma’s speech and Hook looking all proud at her. But also when they were steering the Jolly Roger together.
I have an idea. We have 11 episodes of CS moments. Why not until the season comes back, recap what were our favorite moments from each episode?
The Heart of the Truest Believer – Favorite CS moment?
Likes – Hook saved Charming and Emma choosing to kiss Hook.
It was interesting to his backstory that he believed in a ‘hero’s journey’ at one point.
Dislikes – some of the flashback stuff was kind of silly, like the Pegasus sail.

I hope by the end of this season at least, we get official confirmation that Emma and Killian are true loves. I think we will. Then, I can happily write that into my true love meta.
I think the cast is on Winter vacation, but I would be shocked if Rose isn’t back for the second half..
Well, we saw a Netherworld in season two (the burning red room). It’s not too far out there that Rumple is in limbo or something. I think he’s in limbo. Not quite in Hell or Heaven because he’s done a lifetime of bad things but not in heaven quite because the bad outweighs the good kind of thing. He could be there.
How do you get someone who’s in Limbo out of Limbo is the question?
